I called the office in Eldersburg on Friday afternoon because I had tested positive for Covid and was very concerned about the up coming storm. The staff was wonderful and set up a Telehealth appointment for Saturday morning. I was very impressed with Kristen Allard. She was very thorough, had studied my records and knew my history. It was a great visit and comforted me to be able to get advise and treatment. She was kind, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and I'm thankful for her care!

I was pleasantly surprised by the visit which was emergent. The physician was very personable, explained things in the appropriate amount of detail, and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time which has not been my experience for emergent visits historically at the practice.

The question about provider knowing my history is N/A. I was seeing Kristen as a new patient. She was very thorough in her questions about my medical history. If I didn't understand what she was asking she took the time to explain the question in a way I could undertand.

Dr Allard was very informative corteous and professional. She covered all my issues and gave great guidance on what I need to complete in regards to going to specialists and provided input to follow up with rehabs, x rays, and so forth, highly recommend.

There was an issue I was worried about and called to make an appointment. It would take two weeks before I could see a doctor. Zach, who was wonderful on the phone, suggested the portal. I got an appointment with Kristen Allard In two days. She was absolutely excellent! Caring, easy to talk with, and understanding. The Issue I was worried about turned out to be fine. She even asked someone else to come in and assess, and she agreed with Kristen. Kristen found a {patient info redacted to protect privacy} that she said is probably nothing but that I could go for an ultrasound. I did that the next day at {patient info redacted to protect privacy}, and before 3:30 PM someone called to give me the good results. I believe that's the fast work of Kristen because she knows I'm a worrier. I know you must be very happy to have her on the staff.

Kristen is such an asset to BW wellness. Professional and so thorough, and so personable! She is a pleasure to meet with, and I trust in her competency and guidance! The tech, or CNA, Natalie (I think) was also a pleasure. The young lady at the front desk, when checking in, was just not that pleasant. Not very patient-centered.

Kristen Allard makes me feel like she is very interested in my health. I recently lost a little bit of weight, which is very necessary for me. She was encouraging of my progress and made wonderful suggestions for me to continue to lose more. She is very personable and kind!
