I want to thank Ms. Brady for the visit with my son {patient information redacted to protect privacy}. She gave us her 100% uninterrupted attention. She listened very closely. She interacted and she gave excellent advice and she even recommended a counseling service that she believes is very good and we have contacted them to try to register and get my son involved in that. When I left, I felt like it was a very satisfying visit because to be able to talk to someone and have them listen and make you feel like, give, make you feel like they gave you 100%.

We love Dr Brady! She is quick, kind and efficient. The only thing is we wish we could call the office directly for scheduling and other questions.

The only thing that I didn't care for was yes you saw me , when I needed help Checked me in then I sat in the room for a good 45 minutes and I was early but appointment given to me was 1:40 At 2:00 I opened the door and ask am I going to be seen or not, when shorty my Doctor came to me. Your phone system is TERRIBLE. This is why ratings r lower. Foreigners who have pour language skills. Can't get questions answered. Have to go in person to handle much which should be able to be done online. Can't get correct referral for Medicad. Your app isn't very user friendly.

I thought Kristian Brady was very nice. I liked her alot. She was very professional. I'm glad I met her because I would definitely recommend her to my other family and friends.

Everything in my appointment went very well. However, the same day I called the office to have the doctor call me back, but I'm still waiting for that. I've called twice since. Nobody's called yet. Which kind of worries me because it's about my prescription. So, all right. That's the only thing.

So Kristian Brady is absolutely wonderful and everybody that I have met at the Hamstead location is absolutely wonderful. But your call center could definitely use some work. I was told upon trying to create this initial appointment that because I took my son to an urgent care provider, it's really not a primary care provider problem. It's an urgent care. I was told to take my kid back to the urgent care. Are you absolutely kidding me? That was beyond infuriating. Now, I have no complaints with the Hampstead location, just the call center to get an appointment for the Hampstead location. They need to be trained better about professionalism and how to treat a patient because that is absolutely not it. Everything else with everyone else that I had to deal with besides the call center was wonderful, but the call center definitely needs to be done.

I couldn't be more pleased with my recent visit. The lady at the front desk (im sorry I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful. Then the nurse who took me back did so very shortly after check in and was also extremely polite and helpful. Finally, Kristian Brady was excellent! So knowledgeable and friendly. The entire visit, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, took less time than ive spent in the room waiting for the doctor to come in during other visits with other providers. Such a great experience!

Kristian Brady is absolutely the best doctor at the office to go see, but unfortunately things with LifeBridge have changed a lot of things about our office and I would like to see LifeBridge back off a little bit and get our office back to where it used to be because people are leaving left and right because of LifeBridge.

Being truthful. Probably not popular. I think it's disgraceful that the patient form still asks about multiple genders and how we want to be referred to i.e. they/them. The medical field, and science, since the beginning of time knows there are two genders. Whatever you want to do to your body as an adult is up to you. Love whoever you choose to. I think it should be a criminal offense for any doctor or parent to mutilate a child through sex operations. Totally against their oath...though shall do no harm.

Kristian Brady is the best health care provider I've ever had. It is obvious she genuinely cares about my health but also just cares about me as a person and my quality of life. Another thing that means so much to me is she listens and takes my thoughts on my medical conditions seriously. I've had providers in the past dismiss my pain or tell me that my pain or symptom is normal. She has never been dismissive and always makes me feel comfortable talking about my health. She really is a one in a million health care provider.

Having a difficult time with the patient portal

I love my provider and the clerical office staff. The nurse can be very rude. I also cant get in touch with the office ever. I spent over 40 minutes on hold yesterday. I love Dr. Brady and I love the front staff but I will be switching offices due to the incompetence and inconvenience of dealing with lifebridge.

I'm a new patient Front office staff appears inept. Professional staff was what I would expect. Tried to make an appointment through portal. No response. Called office 2X. Asked for callback. NONE!!! Need an improved system. :(

Ms. Brady is a wonderful provider and we are so happy she is back. What is not wonderful is the Lifebridge Call Center, you are put on hold for an insane amount of time, if you leave a callback number, it only rings one time and if you miss answering you start the process all over again. If this is not corrected it will be the reason we find healthcare in non lifebridge affiliated practices.

Kristy is wonderful! The office is great! But the automated phone system to GET the appointment sucks. I was on hold for 50 minutes one time before I gave up. Another day, I opted to have the system call me back when it was turn with no return phone call.

The call center is a disaster!!! Long wait times and incompetent call center providers.

The front office staff person I interacted with was not professional and needed to smile. I stood waiting to check in for my appointment 3 minutes after she finished a phone call and entered info into her computer. My career was spent in dental front office administration and the patient in front of you comes first. You do not let them stand there! That was unacceptable.

Kristian is always through, efficient and helpful

Nurse Brady was great and she and her assistant did a great job of clearing out my ears. I am going to recommend to my wife that she switch to Nurse Brady as her PCP.

It really is Unacceptable when the only way to contact your provided is a computer portal. Sometimes it licks you and and the provider has their assistant either call you or answers the portal. When there is no possible way to reach your provider it's scary. I called many numbers at Life bridge to leave a message but they never call back and even worse when they say leave a message they just ignore it. I love Kristian who I see, and the front desk people, but it is all but impossible to see them. I have even personally went to the office a couple times when I could not get an answer . I worked for Sinai and Levindale. For a total of approx. 40 years. Things were different then.

Kristian Brady is the best health care provider I have ever had. She makes me feel comfortable asking questions and really listens to me. While other providers have been dismissive of my symptoms and concerns. Kristian takes me seriously and takes time to address all of my concerns with actionable suggestions including treatment paths, medications, lifestyle changes, and nutrition changes. I am very thankful that she is my health care provider.
