Everyone is very polite and friendly and professional. And makes you feel welcome.

There were extenuating circumstances to this particular visit. I was just diagnosed with a recurrence of ovarian cancer. It would have been helpful to have been seen perhaps a little earlier. My appointment was actually canceled and rescheduled.

Kristie took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. She explained things in a way that we could understand that would help us make a decision.

Everyone was very professional and thorough.

This was my first appointment with Kristie. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to about my medical history. She was informative, didn't rush and very thorough. The admin and nursing staff were also very friendly and professional.

I always have a wonderful experience at the Sinai Cancer Institute. I have been given the utmost of care in both the infusion center, with the receptionists, with the doctors, with the nurse practitioners who have all seen me and they know me well. I have been treated so very well at the Cancer Institute. It's China.

She had to wait for 1 hour before they began Procedure, the receptionist couldn't find her on the schedule, she was supposed to see the doctor, but we didn't have an appointment, we did not know we had to have it. I am unable to stay for 4-5 hours for the therapy with my mom, but they continue to pressure me in to staying. I am doing the best I can!
