So I love my experience with this provider, the location. Everyone has been very kind and helpful every time I've gone there. And this provider is 40 minutes away from me and there are providers closer to me. So I specifically go out of my way to use her. I would like to say that she listens. That's the biggest thing that was so important to me is that she really listens to me. She didn't rush my appointment. I kept expecting her to like, you know, kind of make me feel like she was going to speed it up or whatever, but she didn't. She took her time. She listened to everything and I had a lot of questions. She listened to everything. So I felt very heard. And I actually want to have my husband to switch my husband to her practice. I just don't know if they accept his insurance, but otherwise.

They're all wonderful, from the front desk to the provider herself. I plan to come here for as long as I'm welcome.

I do not like frankly I hate your third party operator. I wish to speak to the receptionist at the clinic and not an operator. Who sometimes does not pass the message on, it's a waste of time. Let us talk to the receptionist at the clinic I go to

My doctor retired and I was at a loss. It was my first visit to this facility and with Kristyn Turner and I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt at ease. I am so glad I chose to go there!

I really love Kristen Turner. She is just so awesome. She's so caring, supportive, and she seems to always understand what I need and makes the best recommendations for my health. And I feel like she really has the best interest. She cares about me and wants the best for me and my health. So I love that about her. Only thing that I do not like at this time is the scheduling of the appointments with reaching the call center as opposed to the front desk. I really wish we could just call right into the office and speak with my team that works in the office because it's very hard to reach my doctor's office with calling that call center.

Nurse Turner is very knowledgeable and was able to explain information to me in a way that I could understand and also giving me a clear plan of action for my care in the future and taking all of my concerns seriously. I highly recommend her.

Excellent service

Everything went perfectly well, right on time. She's very thorough, very interested, and very knowledgeable, and very caring, and very happy that I was finally recovering from being very unhealthy. And I appreciate her, and everyone there. It's just, they're wonderful, and it's a great experience every time that you go in for an appointment.

NP was excellent, office staff were great, on site Labcorp is wonderful to have at this location; however, the PST could work on her interpersonal skills.

My PCP, this was my first time meeting with her and she was great. She explained everything in detail and went over all of my health information in more detail than I have had in the past. So I really appreciate her and she's an excellent provider. Thank you.

So far, I'm pretty pleased with Kristen Turner. I would like to see if there are any agency people within LifeBridge that can do home, not home healthcare, but home checkups. That's something that I'm interested in. But overall, I'm pleased with LifeBridge and the work that Kristyn does. Thank you.

As a long time patient of your services everybody on the staff in your Hunt Vally, Maryland location have always been great to me.

Appointments with K. Turner always start on time but she also takes time during the appointment to get current information and to explain procedures and any changes in medication.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. K. Turner. She is so personable and puts everything in terms that I understand. I was also pleased at how quick I received the results of my tests.

Hopefully this may change of doctors as they keep leaving your organization. However, Kristyn was very attentive to learn about my issues current past and future. She was very receptive to all of the information that I gave her and it was a lot of information to relay to her because my previous provider left the practice right before my surgery so I had to go back and fill her in on everything that has happened in the past 6 months.

Kristyn Turner is honestly the best provider I have ever had.

There's something majorly wrong with trying to call and get through to make an appointment, then when you do give up and get online to do it. It's not easy. It knows who my PCP is, so you think that would default and be front and center to get an appointment with them with two clicks. Instead, you have to put in "medicine" or something and then get a list of everyone in the state. "Put in your zip code," you say, but my Dr just moved somewhere. Also, there are two choices like "schedule" and "make an appointment" or something else? I forget. Not easy at all. So, if the phones are 300% overflowing, make us put in a callback and let us know it's tomorrow when they will call back. 2) The web design for appointments needs a redesign. A) Let me see my PCP schedule. B) If that's too full, then just give me their backups at the same office to choose from. C) I suppose some people want to search for who knows what? Make that more clear. So either: Welcome: 1) Here's your PCP schedule. And their backups if you want to be seen at the same office by their partner(s). 2) This is a search of .... In the state .... You can search by... I suggest you have one of your friends or older kids try the current system. The dr's, nurses and NP, as usual, were great. Thanks

Amazing, Dr. Turner took all my concerns into consideration. I told her I had a list. We went over everything I was concerned about. Followed with blood work so we can figure out what is going on.

Kristyn Turner was really one of the best provider experiences I have had in a very long time. Not that the others were bad but I felt that she REALLY listened to me and found solutions that would be beneficial to me. My visit was a telehealth visit and I was expecting a very brief interaction but she was thorough and I couldn't be more pleased. Her office is well over 40 minutes away from me but this kind of care and communication I am REALLY considering to continue using her as my PCP.

Had a wonderful new patient experience with Kristyn. I came in with many concerns/questions and she addressed all of them on our first visit, while also setting me up for a follow-up appointment. She made referrals for all required testing, and I was able to get labwork done before leaving the office which was a big plus. Kristyn was an exceptional listener and I felt very comfortable sharing my concerns. She took the time to address all areas of concern and explained everything thoroughly, including the plan for our next appointment and what the focus will be. I would highly recommend this provider and I look forward to establishing a healthcare relationship with her.

Such a wonderful group to work with always helpful I appreciate everything they do for me

I was greeted and directed to my exam room by staff member and Kristyn was thorough with my exam and went over all tests needed, and results received from affiliate doctors and test. I had a very pleasant experience.

My experience was great. I felt like I was understood in the appointment. I also love the Dr she made me feel very comfortable to talk with her. She came up with a great health plan for me.

My experience with my health care provider was absolutely perfect, professional. She's wonderful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done the way it's supposed to be done, and she answers all my questions, and I feel that I've gotten very wonderful care. My only issue is when I went in for my appointment, I was greeted at the out front, and I was told that I had to use an iPad to check in. At my age and everything and not feeling well, I do not use an iPad. I do not have a smartphone, and I was not very happy with the way that I was checked in. And also I want to say her nurse is outstanding, Sophie. She is outstanding.
