I love my doctor

Ladonna was great. Front desk staff, are distracted, abrasive rude , loud and unprofessional. I think it's time to clear house for professionals who are happy to have income in the climax of the world. Your staff: I had lady "cough" under her breath and called me dirty for wearing a mask.....then tired to apologize today on floor 3 around 10am today. The to take the two women behind me, refusing to answer my questions..... All they have to do what look up an address and help me by providing the information to a provider that they referred me to... They didn't provide the address or information inform me that the neurologist was not even, in that building, causing me to miss an important appointment today. I am unpleased with the level of professionalism at this particular office. No one seems to want to actually help patients, there is more active "security"than competent professionals willing and able go assist the correct way. I'm considering changing providers, where I will be treated with the dignity that I deserve.

Excellent staff. Excellent customer service. Provider is amazing. She is so kind, caring and attentive to my health and how to improve it.

I'd like to say Dr. Franklin is a very good doctor. She cares about my health. She gives me the best information in regarding my health and what's best for me. And I really appreciate her. I also appreciate the staff that was very kind and helpful. So again, Dr. Franklin, she's great.

Dr. Franklin is extremely awesome, very kind, always intuitive with her patients, at least with me. I am grateful to have her as my primary care physician, and I would hope I can keep her as long as she is there.

Ms. Franklin is always on point about a my health history and shows genuine concern about referrals and follow up's.

Mrs. Ladonna takes time to talk to you makes you feel like you are really being heard she explain everything to your understanding I actually referred 3 people to see her

My only complaint is that I always have to search for a wheelchair to use. I don't ambulate well and I need to have a wheelchair to get me where I'm going. My family usually has to find a wheelchair for me to use because none is available. I come into the hospital from the parking garage and I would like to see some wheelchairs when I come into the building. We usually have to find one in the emergency room.

Dr. Franklin is very responsive and thoughtful. She cares about her patients and remembers our history and things that I've told her unrelated to my medical history. She is personable and very nice.

Ladonna Franklin explains everything that you r about to get done. Even, before she does it and after it's done. All my children are here patients and I wouldn't have I any other way. She makes you feel very comfortable around her. She doesn't rush you when you need to ask her a question about your health. She is an excellent provider. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a new doctor.?
