Everyone was so friendly and the area facility is clean, very friendly people, especially the staff and the doctor. I was warmly welcome and I recommend anybody to come there.

During this visit all staff acted in a professional and friendly/courteous manner. The nurse was very engaging, attentive and patient centered. Dr. Cook presented as a professional, caring, attentive patient- centered doctor. She asked questions that were germane to my overall health, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and responded with plausible solutions including appropriate referrals. This was a very pleasant visit. Also, I was contacted within a couple of days with the results of my blood test.

Dr Cook is very thorough when she speaks to me about my medical history. I have been seeing her for a while and I feel that she cares about my health and well-being as a patient. I am very grateful and thankful for the care I receive!

The medical providers are always respectful and compassionate. The desk staff could improve on their customer service skills. It always feels like your presence is an annoyance to them.

1st visit to office on day before a holiday. Since I was experiencing symptoms of a UTI it was great they could squeeze me in. I generally see someone in the Eldersburg office, glad I have the option to be seen in Owings Mills as well.

Dr Cook is an amazing Provider, she always takes time to listen to me and tries very well to discuss my ditustion and concerns especially at this visit with lots of questions. I love her way of treating each patient with dignity and trust!

Dr Latrica Cook is the essential physician in My book. She's extremely knowledgeable n thorough and has the greatest, bedside manners. Dr Cook has a calming, professional presence and that is a redeeming quality in the medical field. I've been her patient for probably as long as she's been practicing and I love her. Megan, Her assistant is a sweetie n very efficient. You get nothing but professionalism from start to finish.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Cook and the level of care that she provides.

She informed me on getting my Covid and flu shot at the same time. I got my flu shot and Covid. Now I need to rest.

I'm very happy that the office is very efficient and very timely with the appointments and time being seen. The one thing that can improve, I believe the MAs need to recognize individuals as individuals and patient rights. The MA challenged me when I told her which arm I would like to have my various injections done and where I would like to have my blood drawn from. As a patient who has had care for many years, I know what my preferences are and I like my preferences to be respected. FYI, I'm also an RN. Thank you.

Dr. Cook is very pleasant and personable. She asks questions and hears your responses. She provides background information and explanations.

Dr Cook seemed a little rushed! Front receptions, need to be kinder to elders! More professional won't hurt! But they got a job!

I love how Dr. Cook and nurses are very patient and listen to me. They take time to explain things. Dr. Cook addresses whatever questions or problems I experience. She makes suggestions that I haven't considered to improve my health. Great doctor.

I absolutely love Dr. Cook! She is very kind and considerate and listens to me and answers all my questions. Everyone in the office, both the office staff and the nurses are excellent. Everyone in the office is very cheerful and friendly and it makes being there less of a hassle.

I always feel listened to and am referred to specialist when the need is present. I have recommended friends to the providers but unfortunately new patients are not being accepted at this time.

Dr Cook is great!

She listens to you about your concerns. Dr. Cook, is very easy to talk to about your concerns.

I like that I was able to get everything done during the visit including shots and blood draw. I care for my mother and when I take her to university of Maryland Medical Center to see her doctor she is lucky if they give her the required vaccinations and she has to go to a different office to get her blood drawn.

Dr. Cook and her staff are absolutely amazing and kind. Even when I call for something I always get a reply back in a timely manner and the DA is always on top of making sure you understand any test results that you have done and she is always nice. I would absolutely recommend anyone to BW Primary! I give them a 10 star rating!
