THIS OFFICE WAS ONE OF THE BEST OFFICE VISISTS. MS. BRINKLEY IS A WONDERFUL PROVIDER. SHE LISTENS, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF AND GAVE ME THE BEST OPTIONS AND ADVISE FOR MY MEDICAL CARE. THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO EVERYONE.

Provider has excellent bedside manner and took time to answer all of my questions. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and personable. The phlebotomist also was friendly and made the experience a good one.

I also want to add that the place itself was nice and clean, very accommodating. Nurse Brinkley took her time to explain everything to me. So much so, I told my husband that we're switching primary care to Nurse Practitioner Brinkley. So both of us now will be going to Nurse Brinkley because she just shows so much compassion, understanding, and patience. And I truly appreciate that because that's very rare nowadays.

Laura is absolutely amazing. She's super kind, very educated, and actually listens to everything I say without rushing me. She explains things in a way that makes sense and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. Being in her care feels less like a typical doctor visit and more like talking to an older cousin who genuinely has your best interest at heart. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about my care. Highly recommend her.

I felt comfortable with NP Brinkley. She appears friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady at the desk was very personable as well, even ensuring to ask to schedule my return visit.

It was so easy to make appointment, and the doctor was knowledgable who explained clearly about medical issue. Plus, she gave me the referral for MRI and extended my current medication. She was and decent doctor , no doubt , I recommend her to my family, and friends.

I have gotten good care from the nurse practitioners, but I am concerned that the practice does not have a physician, and hasn't for quite awhile.

I have never had a bad experience in this office. Everyone is kind, helpful and professional. I love having a NP for my primary care. Laura is never in a rush. She takes time with her exam and then we chat about her findings and recommendations. She is awesome!

I don't know why the scheduler had me come in when my regular provider wasn't in the office. However, my appt was honored for a pre op exam and everything was taken care of.
