Arriving at the site I was quickly directed to the elevator for the 6th floor. The receptionists at the front desk were polite and professional. Once on the 6th the receptionist also was very polite, professional and patient. She thank me for pre- registering prior to arriving. Medical staff were polite, and provided clear instructions. After the necessary test were completed , Dr. Laura Green arrived to discuss results, and answer my questions. Dr. Green was very detailed regarding the results and addressing my questions . I shared how excited it was to discover she was chosen to received an award. I am very pleased with the services provided.

Hold up to see physician apparentley related to many patients arriving late secondary to weather. I was on time but had a lengthy wait for the physician.

Also note I have moved out of the area and I am, still maintaining Dr. Green as my doctor because she has taken such incredible good care of me.

I appreciated the way Dr. Green described what she was looking at as she examined my eyes. It helped me understand what constitutes healthy eyes. She also linked diet and general good health to how they support eye health. I found that extremely useful.

They did not have my insurance correct and the right pharmacy correct in the system.

The checkout process after the appointment was lengthy. the receptionist was not able to print out what was required and needed extra help

When I arrived for my appointment, the office staff was talking amongst themselves and then on the phone. And when I gave them my name, they didn't acknowledge me. They didn't say hello. And then other people were called in in front of me and I said, you were talking to each other. Did you know I was here? And she said, oh yes, we did. And that was it.

The only negative was the time I had to wait between seeing the tech and seeing the doctor. It was a 30 minute wait.

I always have excellent care from the Dr. Green and the Kreiger Eye Institute staff . Dr Green is an outstanding professional whom my late husband and I trust . We have had a long history together and expect to continue with her practice .

Dr. Green is an excellent doctor. She talks to you as a person to help you to understand. I am so glad that I chose her! She did cataract surgery on both of my eyes.

I have been seeing Dr. Green for many years now. I think she's extremely professional. All of the people in her office are. I'm always treated with respect. I have recommended her to other people that I know. Disappointingly, during this visit, I was unable to schedule my next visit because the computer program was not working. So I'm going to have to, I keep forgetting, I'm going to have to call back and hopefully the computer program will have settled down by the time I call back. So that was the only glitch in this particular appointment. So if it's not fixed yet, get it fixed. That's all I'm saying. So, but anyway, I really love Dr. Green and her whole practice.

Dr Green is the most knowledgeable doctor I have met. I had a problem With bruising after a fall and she provided me with a suggestion for getting rid of the bruises. It worked wonderfully! She truly treats the whole patient!

Dr. Green is excellent. My only criticism is that no one asked if there had been any changes in my heath or medications since my last appointment a year ago. I brought up the issue because there have been changes.

Easy to get appointments. Seen on time. Everyone is so much and so professional!

I had brought in of list of concerns (I must write or record everything due to disability/memory issues) dealing with my vision, and most of the list was not discussed. I had given the list to the medical assistant, whom I assumed put it into the computer. After I left, I realized many of my issues had not been discussed. Being disabled due to brain and memory issues, it is easy to feel dismissed when your issues seem to be ignored.

A positive experience

I was told to make my next appointment with one of two new hires. Upon checking out, I was told that their schedules weren't up yet so I should call back in a week or two. This is not great continuity of care; it would be nice if the provider's office called me once schedules weren't established. Fortunately I wrote down the names of the two new hires as soon as I left the office so I could remember them. I was given no business card, no piece of paper, nothing. I don't even know if I'm due back in six months or a year.

I would have liked to have been able to log into my account on lifebridge Health and view the notes on the appointment. The only thing I found was a statement to click a link that was in a PDF. Not much help.

Dr. Green is amazing! The only issue I had was that my appointment, made a year ago, was changed without notifying me. I only realized it when the appointment confirmation text was sent.

The front door needs to have a button that you push to open the door. It is most difficult to open the door when you are on a walker.

Hello, I got a phone call as I was driving to my appointment asking me for information about my insurance. I've been seeing this provider and treated at the Sinai system for years and I know for a fact, my insurance information has always been on file. I said that to the person calling and she said she could not find any record of it. I told her I could not give her the information as I was driving and I would provide when I got to my appointment. At my appointment, the check in clerk said all of that information was in my record and could not explain why I got a call explain who made the call. There's an issue of Recordkeeping and intro departmental communication that needs to be looked into.
