I wanted to make sure we were on the same page with my breast plan and review some of my concerns that needed to be addressed and they were again I am my own advocate for my health and dr shultz was my breast surgeon for years . I like to be educated and have knowledge on my plan which is in place now.

I arrived for my appointment at 11:15 and it was actually for 1:15. The receptionist was thoughtful enough to see if I could be seen earlier and Laura Osborne kindly agreed. This was my mistake and I was so grateful to them for making it work.

She is very professional, very kind and explains everything about the subject.

The only thing I would ask of them is that the nurses are the ones who are caring. In my case, I see that they are caring more. So, they have to be more attentive to the patients, they have to be patient, they have to wear, for example, a gown, a mask, and everything in case of any infection we might catch. So, my only problem is that the doctors and the receptionists are fine, only the nurses, who need to be a little more attentive to us, the patients.

It's always a pleasure to visit your establishments. It doesn't matter who you pass by or meet, you get the same professional behavior and warm welcome.

I was very nervous about my appointment but, the Staff was very supportive and caring.

I had to reschedule this appt because of transportation issues and even this visit had a few problems but the office staff was extremely willing and able to work with me and I got treated extremely well as I always do.

Very friendly staff from front desk to PA. I did wait at least 30mins to actually see her but but once she arrived she gave me her full attention and a thorough exam.

Laura Osborne is the best. She's very thorough when explaining things, super friendly, makes you feel very comfortable when talking to her. She will also fight for you with the insurance company when trying to get tests approved. She's wonderful.

Office was very professional and courteous, as always when seeing the provider. I was taken back immediately upon arrival after checking in. The staff was very understanding about traffic delays causing me to run late and were able to still get me in. Provider is always very pleasant and informative. Laura has a wonderful bedside manner.
