We have been seeing a provider with this practice since Dr Moy was by himself. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Appointments are generally easy to get when needed, especially for sick visits.

From the time my appointment was made to the end of our visit. Everyone one is always nice , respectful, compassionate and very helpful. I've never had a bad experience . The Hunt Valley Office is the absolute best .

We Love Dr.Sobotka, We drive an hour to see her at each visit. She is so kind explains everything clearly. She is an amazing Dr. Hopefully she never leaves if she does we will follow her when she does! The front staff is also one of a kind. Always a great experience visiting the office.

I love our nurse practitioner, she is incredibly knowledgeable about all the sickness and how to keep the kids healthy. I love her ? and will continue to see her for my kids.

The prescription for his asthma medication is not at the pharmacy as indicated. The physician said it would be sent to Walgreens in Pikesville and it was not there on pick up. No asthma medication for the weekend for the child and no one in the doctors office on the weekend.

The only big big problem is call in making an appointment, when I called in, it is call center not the actual doctor office anymore, it is fine but called in press option 1 waiting, waiting okay press option to save spot to call me back, but they never!!! Even thought I press option 3 , it is important and need to talk to someone but once you press option 3 , and it got disconnected. I tried many many times! I was my nightmare! We were waiting in hospital out of state , need to discharge to come back and follow up. From morning to night time to get someone on the phone! We need direct number to the office to get In touch with! Not calling center! Terrible service! We love the doctor! Calling center , no no no!

My 4 month old daughter normally sees Dr.Tyler. We were running late and had to see Dr.Lauren. We really like Dr. Tyler. But with our visit with Dr. Lauren we fell in love with her professionalism, communication, and commitment to give us knowledgeable Information regarding our child. After this appointment we decided to switch all three children to the Hunt Valley location. This location is over 1 hour from where we live. We have decided that this is the best option for our family! Dr.Lauren thank you very much! We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!

Lauren Sobotka is a wonderful pediatrician that we love so much we followed her from her old practice. She has the best bedside manner, she knows what she's talking about, and my five year old feels safe and comfortable with her.
