Dr. Raucher and his staff have always been professional and efficient with my office visits. They are friendly and show concern about my well-being, which I truly appreciate. The weather outside was not conducive but the staff made it very welcoming. Conversely, Dr. Raucher is very effective with his listening skills and recommendations about my health and/or any miscellaneous issues I bring to his attention.

Dr. Raucher has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. The thing I like about him is that he does listen to all my little complaints that I have and things in me battling cancer. He constantly asked me what the updates are about my cancer treatment. And then also he went over my latest colonoscopy that I had done through another provider and he discussed all, you know, asked me how I felt things went and, you know, and if I'm satisfied with the results and if I had any questions about the results. And then he also asked me how my diagnosis was doing because I was having some issues and I told him we've got that and take care of through a pain management doctor. So he listened very carefully. This time the office staff was very great. The only complaint I ever have about this office is if I do get like bronchitis

Yes, improve on answering the phone, the phone service. I held too long and was switched around and each time I call, I have to wait through the answering service. That needs to be improved. You do not get the office directly. You go through an answering. Then they have to transfer you to the office and that's the time consuming.

My experience on {patient info redacted to protect privacy} was delightful, I was a little depressed when I arrived but the doctor and the entire staff made me feel like I was important to them. And the doctor and his nurse let me know that they were proud of my progress, e.i. my A1C and blood glucose was low.

The place is great. The difficulty that we have in today's world is the overwhelming amount of paperwork. The legalese is such garbage. We have to change the world in a more commonsensical way, not in a legalese way, because no one from the president down follows the law. Thank you anyway. Bye.

I think Dr. Leonard Raucher is one of the best PCPs I've ever had. I've been with him for a long time. He know me well. He know about all my medication. He knows my history. And I love coming to him because he keeps me on my health. He's the best person I know in the PCP area.

Dr. Leonard Raucher saw me on the day I requested when I called him about an allergic reaction I was having. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get in to see him that morning, instead of having to go to Patient First. He provided me with excellent service.

I've been seeing Dr. Raucher forever. And Tanya was the nurse that took my vitals and talked to me about everything, was absolutely wonderful. It was the first time I had met her and I just adored her. And of course, Dr. Raucher, I love because I've been seeing him forever and he's always awesome.

Dr Raucher is an excellent physician. He always remembers my ongoing medical needs and is very easy to talk with.

The visit was due to an emergency. Contact quickly by staff to offer a scheduled time to see my primary doctor. Once the visit was confirmed, upon arrival I was seen within ten minutes. The nurse and doctor were very attentive and put my mind at ease by throughly discussing my concerns. I am very please with my doctor and staff.

Staff were very caring and friendly. I enjoyed the visit.

I have questions but not an opportunity to ask them.

My provider is excellent which is why I still see him. His front desk is more then desirable and could arguably be the deciding factor as to if I remained see my provider. The way that the gentleman at the front desk speaks to patients, it's no wonder he is still employed.

It's not easy getting an appointment to see Dr. Raucher. However, he is very good, professional and exceptional if only one can secure an appointment with him most of the time.

To Whom this may concern, It's a wonderful thing when a patient gets to their doctors office and is greeted by the staff, this office has the unique ability to forget we as patients are already a bit nervous about our visit and here comes the staff looking at you like you owe them something. A greeting can make the difference in a patient visit you never know how people are feeling,it's because of those patients that they even have a job and I think they really forget about that... someone should remind them, it's only a good morning or a good afternoon it's doesn't kill anyone to speak.

My visit today was outstanding. Was not always like that.

It was a good experience especially the nurse assistant Ms. Malik she was very friendly and professional and Mrs Tanya. Dr. Raucher is always nice and professional.

The answering service was awful. I left three requests call backs and received a callback 3hrs and 40 minutes later. And had to be transferred to my providers office to get a same day appointment. I had been trying to get an appointment or just talk to someone for 3 weeks. I'll give your answering service a 3 out of ten.

I hope the Dr. Raucher never leaves his profession as long as I'm his patient.

Dr. Raucher has been my doctor for 35 years and I think that says everything. I wouldn't see anyone else.

I saw my provider for a pre-op appointment for cataract surgery. Initially, I was told that scheduling an appointment within the particular timeframe was not possible; however, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when I was contacted and was seen on the same day that I called for an appointment. I am really appreciative of Dr. Raucher and his staff.

I appreciate the care provider and everyone in the office.

The front desk guy was very negative. I asked him to use one card and put the information in slowly and he was very rude and explained to me that he knows what he is doing. If I would have to come back to see my provider l wouldn't want him to wait on me at all.

The provider was not able to help me with my problem. I was not happy with it.

As always my appointment was on time. The support staff took very good care of me and Dr Raucher took the time to discuss an issue I was having

Excellent doctor and assistants, not great reception staff. Checkout is particularly lengthy due to the last not being able to figure out things or as she said "having a senior moment" and we were made to go up front to check out.

From the receptionist to my PCP, all was done in a professional and high quality manner.
