    It was my first time coming to Sinai as a patient. From the onset of scheduling an appointment to seeking phone directions on where I was to check in, I was met with extreme courtesy, pleasant chats and warm demeanor from each staff I encountered. I am a retired healthcare practictioner and have had the fortitude of encountering many professional environments around the world, so my barometer is wide spread and varied when making the aforementioned positive statements regarding my initial experience at Sinai Hospital/Healthcare Center. Lastly, I was entered the elevator to the visitor's parking deck after my visit, a staff member was entering the elevator from the side walk. She too became pleasantly engaging with me with small talk and a very inviting smile. Its just a rarity to experience the entire time I was on and around Sinai's campus, I can wholeheartedly say "the culture (people) and climate (environment") is one that permeates an organization that values it services to the clientele it serves beyond care delivery. I am delighted to share my experience! Go Well... {patient info redacted to protect privacy}

    Leslie Morgan is as good as it gets in every way. She is by far the best mTBI/ chronic concussion specialist I have seen since suffering 3 mTBIs in 2015. She sees me holistically, is always somehow on top of everything, is solution oriented, and grounded in her perspective and recommendations. She sees and treats me as a person and is clearly genuinely invested in helping me to live my best life despite a lot of challenges. She goes above and beyond, and I would rate her as 100/ 100 if I coukd

    The bathrooms in the facility are consistently filthy. Every time I've been here the bathrooms have been too disgusting to use at all. It makes me worry about the cleanliness and sanitation practices used to maintain the actual patient rooms.

    I tried calling the hospital several times on the day of my visit and repeatedly got cycled and forwarded to voicemail. No one would answer the phone. Extremely frustrating.

    Leslie Morgan is amazing. She's one of the best medical practitioners that I have encountered. And I have seen many, many phenomenal specialists at Hopkins and at other facilities. It's just, I always feel better after I see her and calmer. And she is basically like a primary care doctor for my neurology and knows where to send me and sends me to good people. The only negative thing I have is when you walk into the facility, the staff on the right side is very rude, uncaring, doesn't care about where you are, where Leslie is, which side you should be on, and it's very confusing and very unfriendly. Now, the staff on the left side can't be nicer. They're lovely. So I do see them in the Owings Mills facility.
