I had a great experience. Lisa Longus took the time to listen to me and provided helpful education about my blood pressure medication. She explained that I should take it at the same time every day, even though the prescription bottle only says to take it daily and doesn't give clear instructions. I appreciate her taking the time to explain this, and I'm hopeful that following this routine will help me better manage my blood pressure.

I switched to LifeBridge from a clinic to establish care and have the ability to build a relationship with a doctor who would understand my medical history. Instead I met with a nurse. Amazing lady but it defeated the purpose of going to an established hospital.

Very fast and professional, did not have to wait along time to be seen

I was very satisfied with my provider. Excellent service. She made me feel so comfortable. She was right on time. The question that I asked, she responded quickly, made me feel right. I didn't waste my time at all. The service was more than excellent. I highly recommend her to a lot of my friends already. I'm not sure if they called and made appointments or not, but I already took the word about it. She was an excellent health provider. I appreciate her.

It's impressive because I had a doctor that retired for so many years. And then Lisa Longus stepped there because I thought I could never find a replacement. And wow, it's even better. The bathroom where instruction was given to provide a urine sample was dirty. Specifically, the floor was wet urine and needed cleanup.

The security staff were impolite and the Disability parking spots were occupied by vehicles without proper tags or placard. My experience at the doctor's office could not have been better across the board!! The Nurse Practitioner was more complete and informed than any other provider I have ever experienced. I have a profound learning disability and a complicated medical history that makes thoroughly explaining my circumstances very difficult. She was patient and understanding of my challenge. In the end she had listened to and understood EVERYTHING I was trying to explain to her. ...that never happens! She was extremely thorough in assessing and sending referrals to specialist. I was literally almost in tears for having finally been heard, felt empathy and was dealt with with the highest level of competency and care. Dr.Lisa Longus wasn't a good Doctor for me, she seems to have a bad attitude, she didn't know how to take to me as a patient, I will be looking for another Doctor or Client
