The provider relied on information that was provided by Lifebridge, and much of that is incorrect.

My slight schedule delay rating was due to a previous patient being seen that needed to be hospitalized and was given priority...as it was explained to me, apologetically. That seemed very appropriate to me. The appointment delay was maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Lisa was an outstanding source of information and was very thorough at the appointment. I was very satisfied after the appointment with her taking time so I could address all my concerns.

Everything went smoothly. Wasn't a long wait time and the text was very nice. This was my first time for this test and the text made me feel at ease.

I went to get cleared for surgery and the PA didn't enter the information into the system in time so my surgery was canceled!!! That is the only thing that I'm upset about?

I was extremely satisfied with my visit because I didn't feel rushed my questions were answered and explained to me to make sure I understood the reason for my visit. I also felt her concern and passion. Looking forward to my next visit
