Please recognize Lisa Panitz, NP for her truly outstanding compassionate, thorough, professional work. She's truly remarkable. As she was very clearly engaged in my pre op physical details she made a remarkable finding. She suggested I check with my orthopedic surgeon regarding my cortisone shot timing related to surgery. As my surgery was scheduled within 30 days of the shot, the outcome of my surgery could have been significantly poorer. Her astute finding led them to now postpone my surgery. Postponing it means I have a better chance of success. I am truly grateful to Lisa. Please recognize her in a way that highlights her exemplary care for her patients. I am ever so grateful. You are welcome to share my acknowledgment of her work in whatever way is most appropriate.

Your call center approach is off putting and makes it harder to get answers or prescription refills or make appointments.

Dr Panitz was very accommodating for a virtual visit. She always responds immediately to dr messages. She's the best

Everything was great.

The most boy problem is getting through to the office. The call center is horrible. Take too long to get them on the phone.

I love Lisa Paintz she's alway very thorough and on point with my visit . Let's me know my test results right away . And gives recommendations.to resolve the issue.

I went there a couple months ago because my hip hurt, and they suggested therapy, but I actually broke my hip, and nobody noticed that. I've gone to the hospital several times, and several different doctors, and I don't know why that is.

Lisa was a great help. She was aware of my past problems and medical history. She took gave me lots of information and good advice regarding my health care.

This was my first engagement with the call center. I was on hold for close to 45 minutes...only to speak with someone that was very difficult to understand. I then had to make a subsequent phone call. The prompt asked me if I wanted to be called back which I did. I never received a call, which then led to me to having to call back and wait on the line again. This does not exemplify great customer service or medical care. People need to speak with the people that work for the providers, there could be emergencies or illnesses that can't wait on the line or call backs. You can't treat health care like a cable company, where quite frankly everyone now expects to wait on hold a significant amount of time. The provider's office staff are wonderful and I've gone several there several years. This would be my only complaint. Thank you.

Everyone in this office is polite and professional. Panitz always provides a friendly greeting and guides me through any registration process I need. Mrs. Panitz conducts a thorough examination, reviews my medications and discusses any changes or issues since my last appointment. In her professional and friendly manner, she encourages me to keep a healthy lifestyle.

My Visit is always great, and Lisa is always on point.

My experience is always excellent. When I visit my physician, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is correct. I understand every medical terminology at each appointment, and if I email anything through the portal, my physician will respond promptly. And if I have questions regarding additional vitamins or procedures, the dos and don'ts are always explained to me.

I do not like the new telephone system that is now being used. I can call and talk to the receptionist about something I need to I sent a refill request to the pharmacy a week before it expired and I didn't get refilled until after it expired 2 1/2 weeks later. In fact the pharmacy had to request the refill twice.

Waiting on a call back from the Doctor about the results of my lab results and a diagnosis. Foot still in pain 5 days later.

Lisa Panitz spent time addressing all of my medical issues and questions. She clearly explained the answers to my questions.

The provider and the staff are the best. However, the addition of a call center, which prohibits a prompt answering of the phone in the provider's location was very annoying. Before the appointment, I called to ask a simple question that would have been answered immediately in the office, but I had to wait for the call center to contact the staff and for them to call me back. This is not a patient or provider-centered change.

I have always admired and referred patients to your Wound Clinic

I had to go through a 3rd party to make the appointment which took a ridiculous amount of time. Then I was sent forms to fill out which were ignored. I was told to be 15 minutes early and was seen 20 minutes past appointment time and sat in exam room waiting. A very inefficient operation.

Lisa Panitz is very courteous and professional. She took time to listen to my concerns and offered relevant advice. She was thorough and aware of my medical history. I did not feel rushed.

As a patient of Dr. Panitz on and off for 10 yrs , I feel like maybe I need to find another provider. This past visit I was there for a pre -op exam I had another issue I wanted to address. Although she helped with the issue it was her curt response that I found problematic. She is my pcp, so why can't I bring up an issue that I feel is serious to my health during my appointment? While she never gave off warm vibes, she was at the very least tolerable.

No Anxiety, Real concern about life and health issues. Easy to talk to.

This provider does a good job of sitting down and spending time with the patient. The few times I've been there, there has been a bit of a wait to be seen, but other than that, I'm happy with their services.

Lisa Panitz and the staff are very friendly and handle their patients with the utmost respect. Lisa was very thorough and we covered any issues I may have had, reviewed all medication and made recommendations, etc.

Lisa is very nice. She closely follows my health and it is because of her that she had me go to a kidney doctor and I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. I would have never gone and she pushed me to-she saved my life. I would not want any other primary care except for her.

I appreciated that Lisa sent out the blood work request ahead of my visit so that I could have it done at LabCorp just prior to my visit. My overall visit at Tullamore Road went well and all staff members were courteous and efficient.
