I have been in Behavioral Health since 2001. Lifebridge staff and personnel have provided services for me since 2005. I have been satisfied with their services throughout. All i can say is THANK YOU. AMEN!!??????????????????

Ever since my inception into the life bridge health system of wellness providers there has never been any type of negativity every person associated with this organization has been A1 Plus

I love talking to Mrs. Francis. She answers my questions so that I can understand clearly.

Appointment was on zoom. It was easy to use and Ms. Francis checked on the medication and general information.

They was courteous

was very helpful to me. My doctor is very helpful to me too, and I appreciate her.

Very informative and professional.

Came to appt 15 minutes early as instructed at 10 minutes past my appointment was told the dr was running late but would see me in 5 minutes. Waited 25 more minutes that asked receptionist when woul I be seen ; the manager came out about 5 minutes later stating I needed to reschedule the dr had a family emergency. The manager did try to get me seen by another provider but none were available, she was kind and helped reschedule me within 2 days

I didn't have any problem with any one the staff was excellent ? so I have no complaint

I feel as if the provider did not take the time to hear what I was saying. She did not care what I had to say. She already has opinions about, you know, what is right and wrong. And instead of hearing me, she was too busy trying to find loopholes or faults or something with like a problem with my current So, it's like, without letting me explain. So, like, okay, yeah, if you disagree, fine, as long as you know. Make such prejudgments about certain situations without understanding. Explaining or saying, we don't have time for that. Or, not now. Or, you know, and I get it's a timed thing, but it's very discouraging. I don't want to come back.

Outpatient psychiatry and Sinai Hospital and staff are my Rock. Thank you for all you do. ??????????
