I feel as if the provider did not take the time to hear what I was saying. She did not care what I had to say. She already has opinions about, you know, what is right and wrong. And instead of hearing me, she was too busy trying to find loopholes or faults or something with like a problem with my current So, it's like, without letting me explain. So, like, okay, yeah, if you disagree, fine, as long as you know. Make such prejudgments about certain situations without understanding. Explaining or saying, we don't have time for that. Or, not now. Or, you know, and I get it's a timed thing, but it's very discouraging. I don't want to come back.

When I finished my visit I felt much better! I now feel that I will get better and enjoy my life better. I now have HOPE!! Everyone, including the receptionists made me feel so Much Better!! Thanks to everyone at the Clinic!!
