This was my first visit with Dr Cerna so I haven't been able to form a full opinion of him or his actual practice. I'm pretty sure my opinion will be extremely positive but need a couple more interactions with him to confirm.

EVERYONE I dealt with in this practice was beyond wonderful. Cathy, Nicki and Dr. Cerna were warm, friendly, and professional. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the woman who signed me in but she was lovely too. I'm thrilled with my new care team!

The nurse with me is why I gave the tens. I can't remember her name, but she walked me through my procedure from start to finish and answered all of my questions before allowing anyone else to begin with me. There were quite a few people in the room during this procedure and she went above and beyond to tape the gown up so my personal parts wouldn't be viewed by all of the extra staff in the room. She was amazing and would hope that she gets some credit for this feedback.

Dr. Cerna is a wonderful Physician who grants you as much time as needed and explains his course of action clearly and understandable. He is extremely easy to talk to as well. Most importantly he is accessible by phone if necessary. Also his staff of Ariel and Nikki are top notch.
