Provider was very concerned about my overall health. Suggested ways I should use to help improve my health conditions.

I appreciated the give and take exchange where I was asked questions about my medications and supplements I was taking and then giving feedback on those medications and supplements and then in turn asked how I felt as though they affected me and what was my reason and rationale behind taking those specific supplements and the medications were obvious, but it was worthwhile and very, very informative at the same time. I learned a couple things. It was good. It was good. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

It was my First time meeting this Doctor and it was a pleasant experience meeting her! She was Very Professional Courteous and Knowledgeable with me!

I had to wait too long past my appointment time to be seen. The person who scheduled my next appointment was unfriendly. Everyone else was very polite and friendly. All of my questions were answered.

The new location was hard to get there .

The new building was designed very well and I definitely liked the parking garage. It was my first time there and I was given very good directions.

She inspires a lot of confidence because of her knowledge and personal concern.

The communication with the pharmacy is poor because when you go to get medicine, they say there's no reference and they don't give it to the patients.

There are many other things I would have rather been doing but everyone and everything about my visit was as good as it gets. Facility, medical providers and non medical team were top notch.

Madhavi Patel, CRNP is excellent. Regarding my health, she reviewed my medications and made suggestions where needed. Each time I am scheduled to review my health status with her, I am impressed with her knowledge and grateful for her professionalism.

Madvi was very thorough and kind. I have confidence in her knowledge and she is always willing to answer questions, it is very appreciated.

On the day of my appointment, I wasn't feeling well. The receptionists and the people in the oncology department were so helpful. They got me a wheelchair. They wheeled me in and they wheeled me out. And I'm so grateful for that.

As usual my nurse was very nice. The group of nurses are very nice and courteous.

The staff and the doctor was wonderful.

Dr. Patel helped save my life on Friday and I just want to thank her. I did have {patient info redacted to protect privacy} and I was treated as signal on Friday and released, admitted, and released on Sunday night. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I was called asking me to move my appointment to an earlier time. I agreed. I was told this was due to the fact that I would not be meeting with my doctor but with a PA. I said I need to talk to my doctor about a dosage issue and a change that needs to be made. I was told whatever the doctor could do the Pa could do. At the appointment the PA told me she would have to check with the doctor before doing anything. I ask what was the point of that appointment?

It was done very thoroughly my medication records were review with me my last surgical procedure we went over along with my last lab report .

She was fantastic. She thoroughly went through my lab work and prescribed what was necessary. Would recommend.

The staff has a beautiful attitude, smiling speaking to you ask if you are right I have no complaints, any time they can put up with my daughter you know I don't have no complaints , Lol thank you
