I was called asking me to move my appointment to an earlier time. I agreed. I was told this was due to the fact that I would not be meeting with my doctor but with a PA. I said I need to talk to my doctor about a dosage issue and a change that needs to be made. I was told whatever the doctor could do the Pa could do. At the appointment the PA told me she would have to check with the doctor before doing anything. I ask what was the point of that appointment?

It was done very thoroughly my medication records were review with me my last surgical procedure we went over along with my last lab report .

She was fantastic. She thoroughly went through my lab work and prescribed what was necessary. Would recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Extremely easy to talk to, she made me feel very comfortable.

The staff has a beautiful attitude, smiling speaking to you ask if you are right I have no complaints, any time they can put up with my daughter you know I don't have no complaints , Lol thank you

Yes, Ms. Patel was very learned, very courteous. She answered all my questions effectively and good advice. She's a good diagnostician and I was very satisfied with her care.

I didn't have the correct date and time for my appointment. However, instead of turning me away, everyone worked together to make sure I saw the Hematologist. I always get excellent care and treated with kindness. They are an example of how all offices should treat their patients.

The staff didn't call me until 4pm two days before my appointment to tell me alabs that needed to be done . Then she got smart with me over the phone and acted like it was my fault Saying that I should've gotten my labs done a week before my appointment but i wasn't made aware of any labs until she called two days before the appointment. Then they didn't send over the labs so I had to run back and forth from the hoffberger bldg. to the cancer center and back

Yes, I had very good service there at the hospital. My doctors, my nurses, all of them and their above.

I thought I was seeing the doctor, but I saw the nurse practitioner. She was fine, but someone should have told me I was not seeing the doctor.

I had no problem with the nurses or doctors, I m so comfortable thank you SINAI.
