And he was very concerned about me before I went to visit him. And that's something that made me feel good that he... he reached out and did that and let me know that I was on his mind. I found the office to be very pleasant, clean, nice space. The environment was great. It was warm and cozy. It wasn't too cold, was not too warm. And all the staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous.

I was made to feel like royalty. I was given a rapid appointment that best fit my schedule. Dr Gertner had already accessed my tests and spoken with my other physicians. Seems every time I visit, I have a wait time of approximately 20 minutes past appointment time.

And his two, I believe there was a technician there and I can't remember her name. And the other one I think was his office manager. absolutely the best you know giving me gauze bandage and you know anything prior to me leaving the room I had a bleeding problem after the operation because I had not gotten off some blood thinners soon enough but they were terrific and I couldn't have been more satisfied

This appt did not start on time, but all of my others have. It was unusual to wait.

It took entirely too long for me to get my results, which made me very anxious for more than 10 days

I have an upcoming procedure so I don't have follow-up comments to make at this time.

My husband and I both have seen Dr. Gertner over the last 20 years for a variety of reasons. He cares and shows interest in his patients. After out-patient surgical procedures, he personally has called to check on each of us. When he heard my husband had prostate cancer, he called to check on him and reassure him his course of treatment & the treating physican were excellent.

This office is run efficiently and every one I came in contact with was personable. Everything was explained and I even spoke with the anesthesiologist beforehand. I left my other provider for lack of bedside manners. Not the physician but the surgery center, felt like a cattle call and you you were the next number. Dr. Gertner relaxes you and you feel like you are in good hands.

The check-in registration and confirmation emails and text are too much. I was constantly receiving text, at least 3 times, and did, at least, 2 registrations......it was annoying and needs to be corrected.
