Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with different medical establishments and doctors concerning my son. We have experienced many different hospitals during crisis situations and normal visits. This was our first interaction with this doctor and Siani Hospital and I have to say every single part of this experience was flawless from calling to make an appointment, getting detailed information, being treated like a real person and not a number going through the door, and receiving great treatment and recommendations. Thank you!

I'm not sure how helpful this appointment was. A previous dr. had prescribed the same medicine that this dr. did, and it did not work. All he did was switch from ointment to eye drops. I'll have to see what happens.

My 100 year old mother was the patient, and when she needs a medical visit I take her. Too often doctors put their eye contact on me and speak to me rather to my mother--apparently assuming that this "old woman" is not capable of thinking and responding on her own. I find this extremely annoying and also insulting to my mother--especially since even at her advanced age, her mind is very much intact and her processing is excellent. Dr. Hirschbein impressed me because he tuned in to my Mom, listened to her, and although he was talking to both of us, he was looking at her. Since there are no guarantees that a treatment will offer the best possible outcome, he did not encourage her to have the minor surgical procedure that might help her {patient info redacted to protect privacy} issue right away. However, he did talk to her about it and suggested she wait to see if the {patient info redacted to protect privacy} help the situation while assuring her that if she decided she wanted further treatment, he would make himself available to see what he could do for her. When we walked out, I felt very positive about our experience with Dr. Hirschbein and also his receptionist, India.

This was the first time I saw this doctor. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was relieved that I could see him in the comfort of my eye care facility (Eyes of York) and didn't have the worry of getting a ride to Baltimore.

It is hard to imagine how the appt could have gone any smoother; from the greeting by the receptionist to the preliminary exam by the doctor's assistant to the doctor himself; all went very efficiently. Hopefully,the procedure will go as well!

Aside from being very professional, everyone was so kind and helpful.

Finding and navigating to and inside the Krieger Eye Institute and the parking lot was confusing and not easily accessible. But I did enjoy that I did not have to pay for parking.

When I say what I am experiencing, I feel dismissed and not believed. Why would I make up what I am experiencing? Maybe I'm an exception to what the doctor knows.

I like Dr Hirschbein. I appreciate that he has appointments in the Glen Burnie location, although I have seen him in 2 other locations. While my appointment occurred later than the scheduled appointment, I would rather the appointment be a little late than have to drive to a different location. Dr. Hirschbein has continued to provide me follow-ups due to the length of time it has taken for me to fully recover from my surgery.I don't typically recommend doctors to other people; however, I have recommended him to at least two other people.

Dr. Hirschbein was very nice. He explained everything that's going on with my eyelid. He was very thorough and explained the procedure he could do to fix it. I was very impressed and I felt very comfortable talking to him.

My account has been hacked and my account with doctors at LifeBridge Hospital has been hacked so badly that there are a number of reasons for the hospital, unlike the doctor that I just saw, for why I do not recommend and or want to work with Sinai Hospital or LifeBridge Hospital. No response from the executive office, no care for how the patients I have been treated over a period of time. This is not my personal doctor now problem. This is a hospital issue. I will not provide a Medicare card. You are being paid, and my Medicare was taxed because of your hospital.

Dr. Hirschbein's fellow was also fantastic

The pre-op nurses were excellent. The anesthesiologist, the nurse anesthetist were super, knowledgeable. The O.R. Staff was great. And I expected it. I have had many surgeries and procedures at Sinai and NWH. Hirschbein is the cat's meow.

The scheduling is extremely tight and there was no option for a follow up on a timely manner. Follow up is supposed to be 2 weeks and they could not fine me an appointment until 2 months later!!! And I passed on the appointment. Hopefully the procedure works if not the eye condition will not be resolved in a timely manner

I love the service and care that I receive my Dr hirschbbein and the dtsgf.

I was very happy with Dr. Hirshbein, but his other doctor that came in before him was not attentive. She would look at her watch to the point where I had to repeat what I was saying because she was too busy looking at what I think was her smart watch and reading it instead of listening to me. So I was not at all happy with that. Other than that, I found Dr. Hirshbein to be very professional and well-informed and I'm happy with him. I'm not happy with, I don't know if she was a resident or what, but she did not impress me.
