My interactions and experiences with the office and providers have always been respectful and comfortable. I feel as though my concerns and feelings are being heard and considered. I have not always been a fan of going to the doctor but with this office and provider, I have not been more comfortable with reaching out. They have made it easier for me to take care of myself now.

The Nurse practitioner was great as she always is. I personally however do not appreciate the time I'm always waiting when it comes from upper leadership. I understand some appointments run over but having a patient waiting more than 30 mins makes me feel like you don't value my time but want me to value yours. For instance,If I'm late, depending on the practice, I have to pay a fee or reschedule my appointment if I arrive late or cancel my appointment same day. So please afford me the same grace and respect my time and don't keep me waiting especially without an update from staff. This has nothing to do with the exceptional care I get from the doctor or the nurse practitioner that I saw, however it's offensive enough to search for another physician. Thank you.

Mariah was wonderful. She was thoughtful. She listened to everything I had to say and she gave me solutions. She's incredible.

I enjoyed speaking with my provider she asked me questions and l asked her questions l love having a good rapport with my providers! That is one thing that is very important to my health care!!

Dr. Muse made me feel comfortable she listened and answered all my questions and explained treatment giving me good advice and Information needed the staff were very polite and courteous very professional. Made me every comfortable for my first visit. The receptionist answered all My questions upon arrival and greeted me upon my arrival .

Thank you for having walk in hours on Saturday. My provider, Mariah Muse, was amazing. She listened to me and treated me appropriately and with kindness and compassion. Very impressed and would highly recommend her. Thank you!

We forgot to send a note to my email so I can go back to work on Monday so I need to call in Monday morning so I can get back to work after a week off from the flu.

Mariah was so personable and very easy to talk to. I enjoyed my visit with her.

Mariah always makes me feel heard, she addresses my issues and never makes me feel rushed.

Well what i went came for it was no help offered maybe because of the insurance I have but I need to have surgery double knee replacement I need to lose 80 pds to have the surgery i cant work I need this surgery my insurance dont cover nothing

My provider prescribed medication for me and told me it would be called into my local Walgreens for pickup so I could start taking it that day. I worked late and got to the Walgreens and they didn't have the prescription on record. I wasn't able to call your office since it was after hours so I had to wait to call the next morning. I had to call in twice to find out that the provider had never submitted the prescription and then to follow up to see if she was going to do it after waiting three hours after my first call. This is unacceptable to me and I'm disappointed with this provider's level of care. I've never had this issue with any of your other providers.

The receptionist was phenomenal!

I saw a NP and she was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous. She went over everything with me and prescribed a medication that is working great! I can only say good things about her.

Not only does Mariah get all 10s as for medical skills, she gets a 10 for being a great motivator. She's the best - my step son {patient info redacted to protect privacy} is now her patient too.

The BW staff is the gold standard in service and care. Thank you to the entire team, from the initial call to request an appointment to the urgent care team visited, complete professionals at the top of their game.

The provider prescribed penicillin and when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up the pharmacist said that penicillin is contraindicated for someone with a history of seizures. He called your office and asked for another type of antibiotic. Not sure who was right there. But overall I had a great experience there.

The front desk receptionist was not helpful or friendly. Her tone was flat and not empathetic. I asked when I walked in if she needed to see my insurance card she quickly said no before even checking my file. It turns out she did need to see it. She was curt in our interactions. Mariah was great though (nurse practitioner) as was the nurse who took my vitals.

Everything was great, I just forgot to ask what my diagnosis was.

The doctor was able to actually push my appointment time up via telehealth call and called herself to see if that would be an option, which was excellent. Really did a thorough job of reviewing my chart since Michaela Berry is out on maternity leave. This doctor, she did a really good job of being very thorough, looking over detailed notes, collaborating with me, and really listening and finding out what was going on to really come up with a good plan to help me. I was in the hospital and really, I think I've been really sick for quite some time. And she really listened to all of that. And I'm starting to really feel significantly better. And just think her knowledge of what to do and explanation of that was very, very helpful. So I'm looking forward to seeing her again.

The provider was kind and helpful

I had a medical question the day after my appointment and I called in. I received help from the person who answered the phone and 3 doctors called me back within an hour! I was very happy to know how seriously everyone took my issue and how promptly they got back to me!

It was a good experience over all

Every person I encountered was beyond reproach. But the phone system was extremely frustrating. Google maps couldn't get me to the right location, and I couldn't reach a person to speak with to help. I was in automated phone jail for 20 minutes while I was driving! Better access to humans PLEASE!

Maria is always easy to talk to. Never pressured or made to feel guilty if not following recommendations.

Maria is an excellent care provider she asked about a surgery I recently had and all the side effects from that surgery and let me stay on medication that was helping with my recovery she cares about her patients and is always polite

I am new to this practice and I love the professionalism from providers, office staff and providers assistants - for my medical concerns they make me feel extremely comfortable w/their "above and beyond" hospitality. I was in the bldg and had a concern about a new symptom I learned about in an off visit 2 wks ago; front desk staff immediately scheduled me and I even rec'd a call from Megan (Dr. Cook's MA) whom stayed on w/me for 20+ minutes answering all my concerns. I did not feel rushed but cared for as we try to find resolution for my issue at hand. My STAT visit was made w/another provider whom I will see in another week - she was AMAZING & compassionate. I am big on ENERGY and this is what office visits should feel like. I am so happy I read reviews prior to becoming a new patient (making BW Primary) my new providers as they did not dissapoint. Thanks ALL - you are THE BEST!!!!!

Fantastic doctor!

Mariah Muse, CRNP was wonderful. She was so kind, and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. I didn't have any particular problems or questions so it was quick and easy. She was professional and still very friendly, and I felt very comfortable with her. I'm glad I got established here. I was able to pre check in and pay online which was helpful!

The dr was wonderful. She is not my regular Dr but she was very comfortable speak with and very knowledgable. I was very impressed with that part. The people up front are not as friendly but they get the job done.
