The doctor was ok, but the office didn't tell me an appointment with him was cancelled until I called them, which was very upsetting.

Dr. Matthew Lotz has taken time and listened well to my thoughts about what would help with the best care that would be possible for me. And that's what I believe and I think that he is a good doctor. All right. He's a psychiatrist and I have gotten medication, which I believe has helped with conditions that I do have. Thank you. I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't get a prescription refilled and it just was an unsatisfactory experience. That's all.
