Great experience from start to finish. All the staff where very professional, friendly and very helpful! Dr. Poffenroth is wonderful, love his attention and bedside manner.

This was not the Dr I usually see but he was thorough and gave me info about Lyrica a medication that I was decreasing.

{patient info redacted to protect privacy} I truly appreciated the way Dr. Poffenroth made sure he addressed my mother directly and didn't just talk "about" her, as can happen with some caregivers. He provided good explanation about her issue, and suggested that she would benefit from seeing a specialist and provided some insight into the risks of some of the treatments that may be suggested, due to her medical history. Apparently, our appointment had been scheduled at the Owings Mills Office and Dr. Poffenroth took the time to fit my mother in at Eldersburg when we arrived. {patient info redacted to protect privacy}

Demonstrated caring attitude towards why I visited. Didn't feel rushed and took time to ask questions and provide understandable answers.

I'm very glad that Dr. Poffenroth was able to see me in Dr. Withuhn's absence, that the office called me before my appointment to clarify the location of the visit, and that I was able to get the vaccinations I needed during my appointment. Thank you!

I would rate more than 10 if I could. Dr. Poffenroth is professional and amazing. I hope that in the future, the appointment can be set up online instead of calling in. Other than that everything is perfect!

Unfortunately it was a 2 1/2 hour wait to get bloodwork at labcorp. It would be helpful at the time of making the appointment they could tell you to make an appointment so it could all be done during the same visit.

I had hoped to go to Eldersburg but had to go to Owings Mills location. It turned out great. And, it was the first time I had seemed this provider and felt very comfortable and cared for and liked him very much.

The dr was great, very helpful.

Excellent provider and staff. Mom is very ill and he went out of his way to help us by seeing us immediately, making necessary changes to medications from the hospital and ordering appropriate blood work. Then, his staff followed up with the results from the bloodwork, recommendations and scheduled a follow up appointment. Fantastic experience.

I really appreciate how the doctor helped set up an appointment for me to see a hand specialist for my injury. He also texted me later to make sure I was able to be seen and see how I was doing. That was wonderful.

I am always pleased to see Dr. Poffenroth. He takes great care of me and always listens to me and takes great notes referring to my previous visits or any issues I may have. He is a great combo of professional and personal!!!

Love the care and consideration I received from Dr Poffenroth. He had me thinking about my bones. Told me to take calcium and wrote a script for a bone density test. I followed through. Had the test. And I am taking calcium. Thank you Doctor. He checked my face and told me I am healing fine. I had seen him because I had fallen on my face on the cement sidewalk a few days before.

I've been coming to Life Bridge for many years and I've always got good service. People are friendly and respectful. The office are always clean. The restrooms are always clean. There has been quite a few changes in the last five and six years for the better keep up the good work.

I was nervous about seeing a new doctor and explaining the odd symptoms I was experiencing. He was great, everyone was great, as usual. Thank you.

I couldn't be more pleased with the provider, he was the most caring and attentive to my problem.

My blood pressure went up so high when I was at the doctor's office. It was high then. And then when I left there, he said not to go to the hospital or anything else like that to wait to see the heart doctor on Tuesday. So I went to Walmart to get my prescription, and I felt really uneasy there. I felt like I was going to pass out there. My blood pressure was climbing. And I called an ambulance finally to come and get me. And they took me to Northeastern Hospital. So that's where I'm at. Bye.

Dr. Poffenroth was amazing. He fit me into schedule when I wasn't even on the schedule to be seen. I had a concern and he made me feel really comfortable, really heard, and really cared for. He didn't dismiss me and he just immediately jumped in and he just made me feel really, my concerns, he made me feel very validated. And I appreciate that he literally will always just respond when I reach out to him. And for this particular visit, I just really appreciated him putting some concerns that I had put in my mind at ease and I'm very appreciative of that. He is definitely an amazing doctor.
