I don't recommend health providers. But if I did I would definitely recommend this provider and this staff from beginning to end I was treated with respect everyone greeted me with a smile and it was an overall excellent experience

My experience with Krieger Eye for the first time was wonderful! My appointment wasn't long and drawn out it was swift

My only issue has nothing to do with the provider or staff. It has to do with the excessive turnover of physician providers that Krieger Eye has gone through in the past three years. I have a problem with this as I prefer more continuity.

The receptionist who greeted me upon entering the building did not seem very friendly. I initially felt she was a bit dismissive, but I also understand that everyone has difficult days. I'm going through challenges at my own job right now, and I know how stress can affect your mood and interactions. I encourage management to ensure staff feel supported, valued, and respected. When employees are treated well, they are better equipped to provide patients with the respectful and welcoming service they deserve. With that in mind, I also want to offer this feedback with compassion: when staff feel supported and respected, it becomes much easier for them to extend that same respect and warmth to patients. It's not easy out here, and some days are harder than others. Investing in your staff's well-being goes a long way in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through your doors.

All the staff were very professional, kind and helpful.

Dr Kasetty is a lovely young doctor whose bedside manner is warm and welcoming. I have every confidence in her abilities and knowledge. If she remains in the area, I would be happy to continue as her patient.

Both the Doctor and assistant were professional yet very friendly, kind and compassionate.

Scheduling snafu brought me in Monday and Tuesday. Oxana and Dr. Kasetty were both extraordinary and thorough.

Dr. Kasetty is so warm, friendly, patient, caring , kind and took her time with me and didn't rush my appointment. She holds a special spot on my heart. Saved my eyes 3 years ago and I will not ever forget her. I'm gonna miss her when she leaves.

Every time I have visited Kreiger Eye Institute the entire staff have been friendly and respectful in every way. They have a system where you are never waiting for long. This was the first time I met Dr. Kasetty. She knew about my medical history and even had accessed my most recent MRI from Advanced Radiology. Everything about my visit was professional. April was exceptionally nice as was Dr Kessetty. Only negative was time to wait for my appointment and when I called to see if there was a cancellation at Quarry Lake location, I was on hold for 53 minutes
