The procedure was explained to the level of my education and I understood everything clear and precise by the doctors in attendance. Each level that I went through in the beginning registration to becoming in the preparation room in the registration was all polite, professional, and courteous and well respected of me. I appreciate that. I felt at ease by everyone in the attendance. I was uneasy at first, but I felt very comfortable once everything was explained to me at the level of care that I received. Thank you.

Dr Foy is extraordinary. She gave me plenty of time to explain many details of my problem. She took me very seriously and she explained everything she was doing very clearly. A plus for her!! Also, she inspires confidence. The lady behind the front desk, she happened to be the person locking up that day, was also exceptionally nice to me. Also, I started out at the Sinai office of this practice earlier on the same day ( long story, I got lost on that campus) and Kira was exceptionally nice to me. I feel that someone has trained everyone to focus on the patient now. This is a breath of fresh air in an environment where customer service people generally behave put-upon, to say the least. I am now recommending Sinai OB_GYN to everyone. Especially as I have experienced 3 excellent physicians here in the past 3 years: Drs. Contois, Shorey, and now Dr. Foy. Yay for this department!!

The receptionist was extremely polite. You don't find this kind of customer service anymore. She was exceptional. I believe her name was Theadora. I was taken back to the room early but then sat in the room 20 mins before Dr. arrived. I would prefer to wait in the waiting room if it's going to be a while. Otherwise completely satisfied with everything.

Dr.Foy and the staff were professional, courteous and super helpful. I appreciate the superior service.

The whole receptionist was very polite very helpful very understanding friendly and had my best interest at heart. They cared about me and how I would feel or how I was going to feel

Great office, great service, great doctor

All the staff are polite, especially the front desk. During my last visit, 7/30/2025, I appreciated the doctors who consulted me.

The doctor was friendly and made it easy to ask awkward questions, even when I was feeling shy.

The time I waited to see the provider was totally unacceptable. My appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn't seen until 4:15. No one ever came to update me on the delay. I arrived for my appointment early because if I didn't, the office would have cancelled my appointment. I waited for 45 minutes to see the provider.

The appointment started 30 minutes late and I felt like the provider rushed through my appointment that should have been 30 minutes long. I was told that we would be going over specifics of my birth plan and questions at this appointment but it ended up being a very broad, quick conversation.
