Why give me an appointment when my wait was about 40 minutes but if I'm late I can't get seen,make it make sense?

I have been with BW Primary at Foundry for 10 years. The care has always been stellar, the staff and the providers are always so helpful, and any time there's an issue (extremely rare), it's handled immediately. My appointments are efficient, yet thorough, and I really appreciate that. Additionally, Melissa and her MA are absolutely amazing! They are always so meticulous and welcoming and Melissa takes such time and care with me - I really appreciate them both! I refer all my friends and family who need a PCP to the practice

The women at the front desk NEVER greeted me. After sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes I finally walked up to one of them and asked if my provider was there. She replied yes. Not let me see how much longer she will be or anything offering any information. I found them to be rude by never saying anything to me.

This practice is always accomodating. Everyone is friendly and personable.

So my provider is amazing. The only thing that I would like to do more or maybe better is the turnaround because in this particular case, I need it to happen right away. That's it. But I love my provider. She is amazing and she always has been ever since I've had her. Thank you.

I originally wanted to schedule a physical, but was told on phone there was none available. So I scheduled a short visit. Then when I was in the office I was asked if I wanted to just have my physical. But I didn't have time that day. So scheduling was not accurate.

I have a fantastic primary doctor always answers my question never make me feel uncomfortable or that's not something you can ask she's very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know anything she will recommend me to someone else.

I always have the most comprehensive exam provided by MIS.

Melissa and her student were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable in what otherwise would be a very embarrassing, compromising situation. They reassured me that this was a normal, common condition and that everything was going to be okay. They laughed at my nervous jokes (LOL) while maintaining professionalism which made me feel extra calm, too. I am also so pleased to be fit in for a same-day appointment with BW Primary Care. I was concerned about my condition that day and was extremely relieved to be seen within 12 hours. Thank you so much to everyone who managed to get me seen that day. The office was also clean and in a beautiful location! I cannot recommend Melissa, her student, and BW Primary Care as a whole enough!

Nurse Melissa was perfect. She exercised a nice speaking tone, bedside manners, and asked several times if I had any questions. I'm a bit hard of hearing so she did not mind repeating herself. My triage nurse was very pleasant and professional too. My visit was stress-free and enjoyable.

She is very knowledgeable about my health because she takes the time to look at my file and see what's been happening with me with my other doctors as well. She also stay in corresponded with the other doctors, so they know what's happening when I visit her office. The place is clean and a nice atmosphere. The reception is a really nice and very helpful.
