I was very worried when NY previous provider left the practice and I had to see someone new. But Melissa was so kind and compassionate that I immediately felt comfortable with her.

Melissa called me before my appointment with her to discuss my lab results. Her advice to me, which I followed, truly changed my life for the better. I am so grateful that she is my primary care provider.

I was given detailed instructions on my health. monitoring my blood pressure, keeping a record of my blood pressure, medications and herbal supplements to stop 7 days prior to my upcoming Cataract surgery, to eating healthier and incorporating more exercise into my plan.

Yeah, I think that she did a good job. I just think that she's new and it's going to take some time for her and I build a bond, her to understand my needs and what, but I think she did a good job.

The appointment was started on time. The provider did a very good job of asking my medical history and provided a very good diagnosis and even took her time to consult with a senior doctor on staff to make sure her diagnosis was correct.

My Visit was a very good experience and being care for from my provider and the staff, I thank them so much.

Y'all did very well. I'm just going to miss out the year, that's all.
