I met Melissa Zeliznik for a wellness visit this week. She was sweet, knowledgeable and professional. I liked her very much!

Dr. Zeliznik spent a considerable amount of time listening to me as I explained my recent medical issues. She was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations as to where to proceed for further treatment for silent reflux. I have an appointment with her in the spring for my Medicare Wellness checkup.

Nurse Melissa is TOPS !!! After a lot of turnover in the past 2 years, I hope she will be staying here for a long time. I could not have a better primary care provider.

Absolutely hate the call center. I love the Mount Airy office and everyone that works there. I do not like the call center that life bridge health has implemented. It has decreased the quality of care. I never had any issues before the call center was implemented. It's impossible to get timely appointments, sick appointments, and it takes at least 20-30 minutes every time I call the call center to schedule an appointment. Please go back to individual offices answering the phone. Other patients I have talked to also do not like the new call center and are leaving Carroll Health Group because of it.

The only thing - we are not happy about is the new phone system- lifebridge is using. It's very concerning that when you need to get ahold of your doctors office- you can't get connected directly. The online portal is not the best way to connect to your doctor. Patients don't like to leave a message with a call center.

The phone service to make the appointment dropped my call several times and I could hear other conversations going on in the background. I much prefer the old system.

You answering service stinks, they have no clue ad how to schedule a sick patient, no one should wait 2 weeks out if they need to see a Dr. Also when asked to speak to someone at the Front Desk, they should not ask you questions and for what reason , just put them through. I for one do jot like this answering service.

Everyone works together to provide quality care and it shows through their kindness and how smooth appointments are. No long waits...and Individual attention you can count on with your Dr. :)

Bad experience with labcorp tech - rude, unfriendly, refused to ask my NP to order fasting blood sugar even tho I told her I was fasting and would like it done - short walk to ask, she refused and wasn't nice about it

Your new answering system where all calls go to a call center is HORRENDOUS!!!!! No matter when you call you are on hold 20-30 minutes just to talk to someone for an appointment or anything else. There needs to be a referral line to leave messages on at your providers actual location and a test result line and prescription refill line. No one should be on hold for 20-30 minutes every time you try and reach your primary care doctors office. It is absolutely ridiculous. That is not how you are supposed to treat your patients who need their doctor. These are patients primary care doctors not specialists. All primary care offices should answer their own phones. I will be changing practices due to the new system and find a different practice that actually care about their patients and answers their phones in a timely manner. Who ever up in the higher ranks of life bridge has done a disservice to all of its patients!!!

After the test, I had a syncope episode and the doc and staff treated me wonderfully. I felt well taken care of and will recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new provider.

I DID NOT like the new customer care answering service. Definitely a language barrier and difficult to understand the call taker. Ultimately after a lengthy discussion message was delivered and resolved w/i 24hrs. Whew!

This has happened over and over. It certainly tells us there is something drastically wrong at the top. This amount of providers leaving one after another just doesn't pass the smell test. They all said they loved their jobs. Again, please please treat Melissa Zeliznik with respect and do whatever you have to do to keep her. She is an excellent Nurse Practitioner.

I'm always impressed with Melissa. She never rushes. She refers when necessary. She is very pleasant and listens well. She provides for whatever the need is. She is knowledgeable but also shares if she doesn't know what may be causing the problem-providing a plan for follow up so a solution can be found.

It's now very difficult with the new system to get refills and appointments. Very impersonal. Before it was very personal and I felt very taken care of. The provider is wonderful. The system needs improvement. I'm old, but semi technologically inclined, but it was very difficult.

Not being able to call my doctor's office and speak with someone in that office is ridiculous! The hold time to get an appointment with your central scheduling system is terrible ! As a patient I feel like I am very disconnected from my provider. This may be reason enough for me to move on....

This was my first experience with Lifebridge and Melissa Zeliznik, and was not happy to change my primary care (my former pcp recently retired). I do NOT want another one. Please listen to your patients and not your wallets! Healthcare in the US is terrible and Lifebridge is adding to the disaster.

I was never called back from the 3rd party answering company as was told would be that I was put in line. It is terrible I called 3 time and after waiting decided to get a call back which did not happen the 4th call I had to wait 20 minutes to finally speak to someone in order to get an appointment please go back to letting the office at this office answer the phone. They told me they didn't mind but it was not their choice. The answering service is not working and is very bad I heard some actually showed up to make an appointment.

I was happy to get a last minute appointment so promptly. Melissa expressed her extreme concern for me to go to the hospital to be checked if I couldn't be seen by radiology on that day. I ended up going to the hospital where I discovered I had a blood clot in my foot just as Melissa suspected. I thank her for her sincere concern. It paid off.

The practice seems to have a hard time maintaining treating Physicians. The NP was great, but I am concerned about a practice that can't keep physician staff.
