I had a wonderful experience with Dr Assayag and Dr Chris along with their team.

The only problem was I needed a walker and they did not have one. If I would have known I would have brought my own walker. Otherwise everything was great.

My issue is primarily with the schedulers when I called to schedule my appointment and described what my issues were, the receptionist scheduled me with a doctor that does not do rotator cuff tears. I wasted my time money (copay) and leave from work to sit in the office with the doctor for five minutes to tell me that he could not help me.

The appointment started on time and the provider was professional and courteous.

Dr. Assayag is the best surgeon that I've ever had and he has met everyone of my needs and most importantly very informative about my surgery.

He is a amazing doctor

Did not enjoy the security officers. Or the er receptionist. Very rude

All of the staff at Rubin were a perfect 10 when it comes to what's expected at a healthcare facility. Dr. Assayag was very clear and upfront with me as far as what to expect from this major surgery. He also made it very clear as far as the risks that are related to the surgery. Dr. Assayag is a great communicator. When you leave his office, you feel like he has covered all the bases. This is role model healthcare!

Yes, I was very satisfied with my appointment, even though I didn't get my knee taken care of right away. And, you know, it was going about about insurance and everything, but he's gonna let me know like he did before. I've been there before and I really like, you know, the doctor and how the people treated me.

The appointment was for 11:15 we arrived around 10:30 and were taken back for x-rays around 11:00. We then waited in the waiting room until 12:15 and then the actual time with the doctor was 3 minutes. This was very frustrating.

In the beginning there was utter confusion about my appointment and where I was supposed to be; however, the Rubin Staff were ab le to include me in with minium fuss to see this doctor. I was impressed and grateful for their helpfulness.

Dr Assayag is very personable

Very pleasant and thorough experience. I felt good that xrays were taken that morning of the exam so that current information was available. I was also reminded that I could call if I experienced difficulties following the appointment.

The entire office visit was AWESOME and the doctors and intern I saw were concerned, helpful and took great care of me. I was given instructions on what I needed to do before I make a return appointment. The problem I did have was with scheduling team, who booked me for tge incorrect type of doctor.

I have been to many medical practices and seen many doctors over the years, and this practice and provider rank at the top.
