The prescription they gave me made me very ill. I called back today to get another type of prescription. They said it would be called in. That was about 8 am this morning. My wife went to our dentist and he gave her a prescription for me in case the doctor did not call one in. When my wife went to pick up the prescription it had not even been called. That was at 3:15 pm. She gave them the one from the dentist and it was ready in about 20 minutes. That is my only complaint.

Dr Eyer is an outstanding doctor! I feel like we are a real team in keeping me healthy at 82 yo, as he has done for me for many years! He is kind, compassionate, patient, and caring...a real treasure!!! I want to make a statement to Life Bridge Administration regarding their call center that they have just been put in place!!! It "sucks" to put it mildly, and have done a real disservice to all of the patients of Life Bridge!!! It takes 25 minutes to make an appointment or to get any kind of information. These people are clueless medically. I just received a call regarding a medical test that I had a month ago. I was told the results were good and no further testing was needed. I had already seen Dr. Eyer regarding this test, and will be seeing a cardiologist because of the results. In the future, I can make the drive to his office to make an appointment or to get information faster than going thru the call center. Another time I called to be told that I wasn't in the system. Come on people, this does not serve the patients well!!!

YOUR CALL CENTER SUCks and is extremely inefficient. It takes over an hr on hold to an answer to talk with a rep! I needed to talk to my MA in my dr office about something and I could not get through to my office! I posted a message in my portal and NO ONE EVER FORWARDED MY MESSAGE TO MY DOCTOR, I had to personally contact him on social media just to get a response. This whole central central is doing nothing but making us patients feel like we are not cared about, just another number and pushed to the side. I learned from an insider at Lifebridge that all portal messages are suppose to be read by an MA at the central office and then forwarded to the appropriate provider. Why didn't my Dr EVER GET MY MESSAGE NOR DID ANYONE READ IT OR FORWARD IT.?? Lifebridge REALLY REALLY REALLY needs to make this call center more efficient. Patients SHOUld NOT have to drive to the office to personally leave a message for the provider, or to request lab work to be sent to the lab or ask for refills ALL BECAUSE THEY CANT GET THROUGH THE CENTRALIZED LINE. LIFEBRIDGE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE DOING THIS. NOT ONLY IS IT PISSING OFF THE PATIENTS, BUT THE EFFECTS OF THUS CHANGE HAS TRICKLED DOWN TO THE LOCAL STAFF CAUSING THEIR ATTITUDES TO BE NEGATIVE AND ALLLLL SOOOO SOOO TURED IF HEARING THE COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THEY CANT EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, INCLUDING THE DRS THEMSELVES

I have been on hold for 49 minutes waiting to talk to someone who isn't even at my doctors office. Sometimes you don't have the time to wait, like when I was standing AT the pharmacy waiting to speak to the office because ALL of my prescriptions were electronically canceled by my doctor's office.
