I was seen mostly by surgical residents in ED and after surgery, but I talked to the surgeon before surgery, and he updated my husband immediately after surgery. He has good bedside manner. His residents kept me checked and followed up.

Dr. O is really the best. I'm a patient most doctors would just rush to get rid of. He listens to me and answers questions. I love the availability and patient to doctor appointments. Thank you Dr.O!!!

My mind was set at ease about the upcoming procedure. Everyone in this office made me feel important and respected. I was greeted with a smile from the time I entered and left the office. The smile in the being set the tone for a great day.

I was shocked to be the only patient in the waiting room when I arrived. They were so ready for me that I didn't have time to sit down! I appreciate that. Dr. O'Laughlin will be my surgeon. This was the 1st time I saw him. I hope my future surgery goes as well as this office visit went.
