Mickalea is very sharp and genuinely kind. She contrasts dramatically with some members of the profession who couldn't be bothered to read a patient history before insisting upon specialized tests from their buddies! I find Mickalea excellent at problem-solving; this is a refreshing change.

Everyone at this office is always friendly and helpful

Only issues I have is that reception staff could be a little cordial and courteous, I understand they have a lot going on but I own a business just like them and treat every customer as the most important client of the day. A smile and greetings goes a long way!

The registration staff did not treat me well. I did not appreciate the nastiness when I registered. She looked up at me, pulled a mask from the drawer and just said you need to put this on. It's mandatory. No reason was given. No exclamation this is normal procedure nothing. Everyone in the waiting room looked at me in horror! I described my visit to be for allergies that I've had since April that were lingering and was accompanied by a cough. I answered the questions that I did not have Covid. I was not around anyone with Covid. She was so rude. I almost wanted to just leave. I also do not appreciate being told to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment time of 930 and to not get called back to be seen until almost 950. That is ridiculous. I also have a job and I need to work and my time is valuable.

She was thorough and responsive to my needs

Mickalea was informative and concerned about my hyperhydrosis after providing me a script for a neck Xray. She recommended Drysol BEFORE my appointment with a Dermatologist to help me with my excessive sweating. She spent a great deal of time with me to answer all the concerns I had. Very thorough practitioner.

My regular provider was out on maternity leave but the provider that took over for her knew my history and showed compassion and care. And was very supportive and helpful. I like that the providers in the office take the initiative to cover other patients and learn their medical needs and history

Great experience with Ms. Berry. I felt like she really listen to me. When I get to the office I get quality care. Getting an appointment is tough and getting someone on the phone can sometimes seems impossible.

This was my first time seeing Mickalea Berry, and she made my visit very comfortable. She explained how the medication she prescribed would help with my cough, runny nose, etc.

Provider and office are great, but it is hard to get an "urgent" appointment. It's now 3-7 days and used to be same or next day
