Mohammed Abuzahra, MD

Mohammed Abuzahra, MD FACC is a board certified cardiologist, specializing in both Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology. Dr. Abuzahra earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut. He completed both internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Dr. Abuzahra has been practicing cardiology at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore since 2009. He currently serves as the Chief of division of cardiology at both Sinai Hospital and Northwest Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Abuzahra is heavily involved in the residency teaching program and serves as Director of cardiovascular teaching at Sinai Hospital. Dr. Abuzahra' s practice encompasses a wide array of cardiac conditions; with special interest in the management of coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias.
