Everyone was very professional and very nice. They explained things to me in detail and was even helpful in showing me how to administer my medication once I received from the pharmacy. I really appreciated that.

I like how Dr Ahmed checks on how I am doing with my specialist & asks for reports from them to stay informed about my treatment & progress. It makes me feel as if he cares about my whole health.

The current 10-minute grace period should be extended to 15 minutes. Unforeseen circumstances can and do arise that make punctuality difficult despite responsible planning - including snow, traffic delays, accidents, and other disruptions outside our control. For example, I left an hour early for an appointment that normally takes only 25 minutes at most to reach. Due to snow-related traffic and partially covered routes, I barely arrived in time to avoid the appointment being rescheduled - after I had already taken off from work to make the appt. Situations like this highlight how easily delays can occur even when you plan ahead.

The lab tech is very rude, ghetto and unprofessional. The provider sent me to have labs done at 417pm the lab tech refused to accommodate me. The service could have been performed had she not been on a personal call with her financial institution. Services was refused to me as a patient and this is unacceptable as I was scheduled for a preop physical for my upcoming surgery.

He is a very good provider but when it comes to time to ask him follow up questions his Clinic office is hard to get through I tried 2 days and couldn't leave a message can you tell someone from his office to call me to tell me what my blood results was thank you

This visit was Good

Between email and front desk gave me wrong time as I told her that my appointment is 8 am. She said no at 8:40 am then I shows the paper appointment is 8 am. She said oh and puzzled. And also No ASL interpreter there! Please prepare to have VRI or get an interpreter.

Wanted to record us on phone which to me was unusual . Would not care to participate at this time in online combination.

The process of calling the general number to schedule an appt. Or speak to the Dr's. Secretary/receptionist, is horrible. When i called the first time I was on hold for over 45 minutes then a young lady came on the phone there was a language barrier and when she finally sent the message to the doctor's office they have requested further information but she never called me back so I had waited so long thinking I should have had an appointment set by now I called back had to wait again about 30 minutes and finally found out that the scheduler never called

Thankful that my regular physician had the good sense and concern to calll in my prescriptions before going on vacation.

I have been coming here for a long time and am satisfied with this place. Thank you.

The building was clean and bright. And it looked as if the walls had a fresh coat of paint on them.
