The administrative staff needs to be better trained in client interactions. Making my initial appointment was an extremely difficult experience. I was very frustrated on the phone with the Department's representatives on the phone. I am familiar with personnel having different communication methods, but everyone needs to treat all clients with the same level of coutesy and respect they would want their grandmother treated. Not everyone shares that perspective. I have hired, trained and evaluated many people in my work experience in a hospital and physique group

From Edna @ the front desk I rec'd information about Uber & she's an extremely pleasant person. It was calming just to talk to her. Then Dr. Delsanto was inquisitive and did try to answer my questions. What I liked the most, was the honesty, & no rush to start any testing yet.

Every single person I encountered was polite, kind, considerate, professional and extremely helpful! I have never received such good service at a medical facility as I received at Sinai.

I would like more time to go over my condition in detail a little more but I know they are. Limited a short time. One they ask you how you are and get it into the computer along with your updated meds time is up.

I explained I have severe muscle cramping to where I pass out. I have severe muscle spasms and twitching and tremors as well mainly at night even though I'm on muscle relaxers 24 seven. And I have constant ringing in my ears. She told me nothing could be done and I should go to a physical medicine and rehab department to manage my symptoms. I want to know the causes of my problems.

Dr. Del Santo was extremely personable and friendly making my visit very comfortable. And this was my 1st time meeting her so it meant a lot that she was soo nice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to see a Nuerologist. Sincerely, {patient info redacted to protect privacy}

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly. They made you feel at ease in a doctor's office. Dr. Del Santo provided information on the progress of my disorder and always asks me what I would like to do after getting the Information. It was a very good experience.

I had an unexpected physical reaction after undergoing a treatment at my provider's office. When I returned 15 minutes after my appointment to discuss this, the front desk staff and vitals nurse seemed annoyed, would not make eye contact, and were dismissive, quick to call other patients back for their appointments. No one asked me what my symptoms were or offered for the doctor to follow up with me. Calling this provider's office and reaching a care team member takes a minimum of 15 minutes, no matter what time of day I call. It is not possible to leave a callback number. My provider does not use the patient portal because no one checks the messages. I like my provider, but the continued difficulty of reaching someone by phone, no portal access, and lack of regard for my wellbeing post-treatment are concerning.

Honestly I was not that impressed with the doctor. When I sat down and began explaining the situation even though I had typed several things out for her, she was using her dictation microphone talking, taking down what I was saying, while I'm talking which made it difficult for me to do my job and give her information. Most doctors I go to are able to type and listen ask me, to pause so they can take things in. I felt she jumped to a conclusion in my health care. She said I have orthostatic hypertension, which may be, but I don't feel it explains my lack of balance and being off kilter at times. She suggested medication and that I now follow up with my primary care physician. Honestly my primary care physician I've never been very impressed with. Everything is looking at a computer listening to what a person says deciding what the next step is, which I can understand is important but also listening to the human being and their story and what they know about themself is very important too.

I left my appointment still having questions that weren't answered and not having an answer for the issues I'm still having. I felt I waited months for an appointment to still be at square one before I came to the appointment

Terrible experience checking in. I checked in on my phone, as well at the front desk in person 30 minutes before my apt. 90 minutes later, I was informed the doctor went home because she thought I did not show up for my apt. The front desk ladies (4 of them) huddled around the computer trying to figure out what happened and apparently I was never checked in properly by the front desk. So I had to make the hour trip back the next day to see the doctor. The doctor is fantastic. The front office staff needs to be more aware of what's going on. The lady that took my vitals said my blood pressure was high, I saw it was high ( e.g. 164/87) so she took it again, and it was higher, she said she would let the doctor know, but when I got in the doctor's office and mentioned my BP was high, she looked at my chart and she said " no it's not, it's 132/ 70 is what the chart says. I was mad, that was not my vitals. Again, the staff not paying attention. These mistakes can turn into huge mistakes one day. Again, I love Dr. Molly Del Santo but if I needed to go back to that office, I would not due to the staff. It's a shame because Dr. Molly Del Santos deserves quality office management.

It would be nice to have a satellite office in Howard County. It's a bit of a drive for an eighty-one-year-old with vision problems. But I am thankful for this practice and Dr. Del Santo.

I received a very thorough examination. The doctor asked very insightful questions and recommended changing some of my medications to help control the tremors. Very pleased with the exam. I received lots of the doctor's time as well. Will be having a follow up.

This was a virtual visit.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/9/2025
We were unhappy that after a year since our last in-person visit, we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour following the initial intake then, after a cursory exam, were told everything seemed about the same and were asked to come back in another year.

I thought my provider was very knowledgeable. The areas of concern that I had, not with the provider herself, but with the office as a whole, it took me about three weeks just to schedule an appointment. I had the call, I think, about five different times. I was told that my primary care doctor needed to send something in. They did the very first day that they referred me. And then they were saying that I was in your office saying that they would have to check for it. And then they were saying they were coming back. They weren't calling me back. So it took me a long time to schedule. And then the other thing was, so I received a referral
