It went very well!

I had a virtual appt. I was told I had to pay my copay at least 10 minutes prior to my appointment or my appointment would be canceled (automatically since its a computer thing). The link that was sent to me went to spam so I was unaware of the link being sent to me. Once I was made aware of the copay process and the link was resent multiple times, I couldn't pay via the link. I had to call and have Catrina manually enter my payment info. This process took time from my work. I've never had to pay prior to an appointment before. Not a fan of this process.

It's always a pleasure seeing Ms Martin and staff. Ms Martin is great in helping me with my weight loss journey.

meetings were not at all helpful, providers strung along, minimal feedback, minimal plan of care, minimal intention to ever prescribe weight loss medicine.

So friendly and was happy I was not rushed about my appointment.

Was still charged even though provider said I did not qualify for prescription And that's the purpose of the visit

I have had a wonderful experience with Montria Martin and her office staff. I started with them a few months ago and I was very anxious and nervous and they have really guided me through the weight loss process and the feedback and the help has been exceptional. I love that the provider listens very carefully and always gives good tips and thoughtful responses and has just been tremendously helpful and I feel very, very supported and I appreciate that I have access to this type of care.

She was respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable about the topics we discussed. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

The actual visit was great but the follow up check-in email I felt was honestly rude and insulting. So disappointed because I was really excited after the initial meeting but they certainly didn't give me the benefit of the doubt as a person and that is really unfortunate. So disappointed.

She basically read from dietician 101 book. I started the appointment by listing all the things I've tried that didn't work, she proceeds to say "you should try all those things that you already tried and didn't work". I immediately turned around and went to another doctor who is giving me the treatment I kept saying I needed.
