Morgan Oehlke, FNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Towson University in 2021. She subsequently pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Chamberlin University in 2025. 

Morgan worked as an RN at Carroll Hospital and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore for the past four years. She shared, “I chose LifeBridge Health because it’s been more than just a workplace, it’s a community I’ve been proud to be part of throughout my nursing career. The organization’s focus on patient-centered care, professional growth, and teamwork made it the natural place for me to grow into my role as a Nurse Practitioner. I’m excited to continue serving patients here in a greater capacity.” 

Morgan became a nurse practitioner to build long-term relationships with patients and their families, allowing her to support them through every stage of life. She believes in providing compassionate, holistic care that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

    The Provider was nice and took the time to explain the treatment and next steps, I hope she stays with the practice for many years. All of the staff treated me with respect and were kind to me. The following comments are regarding Lifebridge Health and not any Provider. I'm not sure what's going on here, but the Providers come and go, like a revolving door. One of my Providers a few years ago said they weren't treated well by Lifebridge, so they left the company. Providers need to have a rapport with their patients. Every time I schedule an appointment, the Provider has left the company and now I have a new Provider, (which is yearly at this point). You need to treat your staff well so that they want to stay with Lifebridge. Get more Providers so the current ones don't burn out. Please treat them with respect, good benefits and kindness, this goes a long way. These Providers are quitting left and right, I feel bad for them, this shouldn't be happening. It's not easy getting through to the Call Center and they're not very helpful, I'm on hold sometimes for over 20-30 minutes. I want to speak with the Receptionists at the Mt. Airy, MD location when I call. Please get more staff to help these Receptionists. I've worked as a medical office Receptionist for years. I feel sorry for these ladies, I hope they don't burn out. I hope you rectify the situation soon before you lose everyone on your staff. This is such a convenient location, especially for the elderly, please staff this location well and treat your employees with respect. Thank you!

    Would like to build a relationship with a doctor but the rotation of different doctors is concerning. It seems they don't stay long. Trust in your doctor is key.

    This was my first time meeting Morgan. She was so kind, empathic, helpful, knowledgeable and an EXCELLENT LISTENER !!!! I really like her !!!!! I saw Morgan because Melissa Z. had no appointments available to see me for my Hospital Discharge Follow-Up.

    I needed to be seen for a sick visit, but the only appointment available was for the next morning, so I excepted the appointment. Five minutes after hanging up, my phone rang again and there was a cancelation the same day and the front desk called and asked if I wanted the appointment, I said of course. That was awesome.

    I've been a patient with Potomac Physicians/Lifebridge Health for many years but, this was my first visit to the new office with my new PCP. I'm extremely happy with both and have peace of mind that my care matters.

    I called in the morning to see a doctor and the two people I talked to were very diligent to find me a time. I was able to come within an hour and see Morgan. I was very pleased. It was the first time I'd met her. That's why she didn't know about my medical history. But she was definitely a number 10. I was very pleased. I hope you can keep her. She was thorough. and gave me alternatives for what I could do. She didn't just say do this. She said you could do this or this or this or this. And so I was very pleased. She is a fine provider.

    I was able to get a same day sick appointment. I loved that my appointment started on time, with no waits. She was very thorough with tests. Results came back quickly. I felt much better after leaving and felt it was a great "sick" visit. I highly recommend this doctor.

    The call center is a horrible horrible service. It was so much easier when I could call my doctors office and schedule an appointment or see about squeezing me in for a quick visit to see my provider now I'm not able to do that. I actually walked into my doctors office in Mount Airy to get an appointment last time because the call center couldn't get through. No one answered the phone. I've had horrible service since y'all switched over to the cost service. On top of having to change my provider three times. No I can't get in to see my provider and I'm having difficulty in getting refills filled for scheduled medication's because I can't get in to do a med check. The actual providers are great. It's just everything else is horrible.

    She asked me twice in the same visit if I had tried a particular medicine. Both times I explained that I had, and it had resulted in a bad reaction. She didn't seem to be very familiar with the prescription drugs I was on and said that "there was no scientific basis" to taking the two medications together, which had been prescribed for years by a specialist and is a fairly common combination, and didn't seem interested in understanding why I would be on both or finding another medication that she would be comfortable prescribing to me instead; rather, she opted to suddenly discontinue me from a medication I have been on since 2019. Morgan checked her phone during my very brief visit. I don't wish to continue seeing this provider; I did not feel like my well being was kept in mind.

    I thought everyone had great customer service. Everything was on time. I didn't have to wait long. And I thought Morgan explained things very thoroughly. She was very precise. She, you know, asked me about follow-up. I would definitely like to see her again.

    Morgan was fine, the problem is we nvever can get an appointment with our doctor went we need . Went we call is impossible to get to the office, I come because I feel sick,I was waiting for more them 1 month for results from the lab & ultrasound nobody call me at all. Please need to get better plan to call back and ability to get an appointment please improve

    My lifebridge office in Frederick MD CLOSED. So I commend the workers at the Mt Airy MD office. This must have been a monumental task lining up all the patients who lost their office and needed care. Front desk people helped me get prescription with little hassles. I should have wrote her name down Whomever she is thank her!
