About Me
Myeisha Furr is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and specializes in Family Practice. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Howard University in 2013 and graduated with a Masters in Nursing at George Washington University in 2017. While pursuing her master's degree, she worked full time in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan's Hospital of Baltimore. Myeisha Furr joined the staff at Carroll Medical Group in 2018, and her areas of interest include women's care and pediatrics. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at George Washington University and anticipates completion in 2021.Already on staff at Carroll Medical Group for over a year, Myeisha Furr has developed a patient base that appreciates her kindness and thoroughness during each visit. She is often commended for her welcoming nature and ability to put patients at ease right away. One of the greatest sources of joy in her life is spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys creative writing, particularly poetry. Myeisha Furr sees patients of all ages and is currently accepting new patients.
