Nancy Doong, PA-C

So far, my experience with Sinai Hospital rehabilitation has been very thorough, very efficient. The people are nice, hospitable-wise. And right now, I won't go to another hospital for rehab medicine because Sinai has everything I need right there. Personality, mannerism, and etc.

I didn't ask to be switched from the previous provider at the Sinai PM&R clinic to Nancy Doong, but I got a message asking me if I would want to switch to see her instead of the previous doctor. It was the best thing that ever could have happened to me! I didn't know how lucky I was! Thank you, Nancy Doong, for taking on my case! I promise to make you happy to have taken me on as a patient!

This provider probably knows my medical history more than my primary care. She's made suggestions for optional pricing for pain medicine. She always make sure that I haven't fallen even though the tech asked me she asks me as well. I think overall she has a sincere interest in my well-being.

i am not going to recommend doctors to people. health, finances i dont recommend. there was nothing to explain to me so she couldnt explain things in a manner i understood. there was another question similiar to that and i put no put for the same reason- there was no not applicable option

I thoroughly enjoy my visits with Nancy! She is professional, kind, caring and truly concerned about my care, welfare and health! She takes her time with me and does not make me feel rushed; she listens to what I have to say and responds to what I say so I know she is attentive to what I say and to my needs!

My appointments with Nancy are the best. She's very knowledgeable about my history and she's very helpful regarding medication that I receive from other providers.

The ladies up the front that checks people in do not answer the phones even on the line for reschedule or if you will be late. Even Nancy Doong stated that to me as well because I was upset on my visit they did not answer when I could not get a parking space and called and called and no one answered at all but i was on the lot for 13 minutes calling. If they don't answer the peoples needs why are they there?

I'm here to say the reason I continue to come to Sinai rehabilitation center is because you're treated with respect you don't have to be told anything anything you asked they give you a good answer. I'm tickled to death to continue to go to Sina. I've been coming here a long time. Don't get no better than these guys. God bless my doctors,

I believe Nancy to be one of the best providers I have ever had. She listens and remembers what we talk about from visit go visit. She is super caring. She is BETTER THAN MOST OF MY MD'S!!! I wish she could give some of them a class on how to listen to your patient- they act like they are half listening to me most of the time. I would love it if more of my docs were like her!!!

Nancy Doong is a wonderful doctor. I have had a wonderful experience at pain management. I hate the fact that I'm a pain patient, but even being so, she's always treated me with respect and informed me of everything that was going on concerning my case. Dr. Nancy Doong is a wonderful doctor and the staff there is very pleasant to me also.

The day of my appointment, the computers were down, but that did not stop the staff from making sure I was taken care of. And they called me when I got home. I wasn't home for an hour. And they called to make sure my next appointment was set up. Very well done.

Nancy Doong is very competent, compassionate and knowledgeable. Plus she has a wonderful sense of humor.

My experience with Physician's Associate Nancy Doom is always exceptional. I look forward to our appointments and she is always attentive to our needs and responds quickly to any emails that I am sometimes forced by necessity to send. As I said, I could not rate her any higher than 10 out of 10 in any interaction. The one area that I don't look forward to is interactions with your front desk reception staff. For the most part, the one assigned to physical medicine is usually polite and appropriate, but sometimes the demeanor among the receptionist there is a little concerning in terms of personal chit-chat,

I've always liked Nurse Nancy Doong, whenever she filled in during Dr. Staggs absence. So I was a little nervous when I didn't know who my new doctor would be since Dr. Staggs was leaving for good. I asked Dr. Staggs if it was possible for me to go to Nancy but she didn't know at the time. We'll on my most recent in office appointment it was confirmed that Nancy would be overseeing me. I also got to meet Kema, Nancy's assistant. Who herself has been extremely helpful along with Patrick.

Nancy is patient and very personable. She explains everything you have questions about.

Nancy always treats me with the utmost respect. She never rushes me, always takes time to listen to me. She hears concerns and addresses them and option heads off concerns at the pass. She is a kind and caring practitioner that I would recommend to friends and family without any hesitation.

My doctor, Dr. Nancy Doong, is a very attentive doctor who listens to me first, then asks me questions appropriate for my visit. She explains to me exactly what I should do and the next step in between appointments, but she always makes sure that I understand everything that is going on at that appointment time. And this is every visit. She's a great doctor.

I wish all providers were that through.

Nancy Doong knows my history and has never gotten frustrated or inpatient with the many times we needed to change meds. This is the first time where she has had to cancel or reschedule and appointment with me and things happen. I would recommend her to anyone and she is the reason why I've stayed at Sinai Rehabilitation Center. I live in Owings Mills. She takes my income into consideration as well as my unique needs and sensitivities to medication.

Everyone is always, acts like they're concerned about you, they're friendly, they explain things. Nancy explains everything. I've been seeing Nancy Doong for several years now, since 2011, and I've stayed with Sinai's Pain Management Clinic because of her capability.

Physician Nancy Doong and her staff are wonderful people they were all very professional helpful and courteous. Especially Ms.Pia K & Jessica.
