I would like to nominate Nancy McAlduff NP at BW Primary Care ELDERSBURG location for a healthcare award. Nancy has and is a wonderful person and NP. From the first day I met her. she has treated me with respect, offering services and keeps me on track on how I can achieve goals and tests. I have sent other patients to her, and they have had the same experience. I like that she is closer to my age and not my daughter's age. Great job Nancy!

It was so easy to get a "sick patient" appointment! I was so relieved that I did not have to go to Express Care where the wait times are long!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping me change my contact info since I recently moved. I was taken back to see Nancy 10 minutes sooner than I was supposed to see her. Which is awesome! Nancy is the sweetest and most kind doctor I have ever had. I have not had a physical in probably 20 years and seeing Nancy, I don't mind coming in and seeing her. I look forward to it! She seems like she truly cares about you and talks to you in a very kind manner but also a serious manner at the same time. I drive over an hour to see her and I do not mind! Nancy is the best! :)

I sent a message in my patient portal around 4:00am I was sick and needed an appointment. By 8:00am I received a phone call I could come in my 9;00am, I just couldn't see my regular LNP. I was grateful! Nancy was great!

You were very efficient with the time Nancy got me in and out. She was very friendly. We were able to talk about things and quickly get to what might be at the cause of my issues. She gave me different options for treatment, warned me about the potential side effects of different ways of going about treatment, and ultimately steered me towards what I think is a good course of treatment. I would recommend her 10 out of 10. It was a great experience and I look forward to hopefully being serviced by her, helped out by her again in the future.

The only issue I had was the registration desk. They spoke so loudly and asked for spelling. l felt as if I had no privacy.

Dr. Nancy is amazing

Dr. Nancy is wonderful. She takes the time to listen with care. She doesn't rush you but is very kind and professional. I come 45 minutes away to see her. I thought about changing doctors but I'm not sure I will find a doctor like Dr. Nancy.

The only reason I don't recommend this practice is because it's already too big.

This provider is so pro-active with my health, ordering tests, providing follow-up, and genuinely seems to care a great deal about the patient. She is knowledgeable, up-to-date with information, and never seems to be rushed and answers questions thoughtfully.

I signed in when I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes before my provider saw me, I believe the people at the registration desk, didn't know I was there

Always treated with respect. It's been this way for years as I have been going to BW Primary care now for many years.

I'm always satisfied with all my appointments tha I have scheduled. No issues that they haven't been able to handle for me even if a phone call prior too. Nancy & I have worked together before & Im very satisfied with her performance.

Explained things to me with understanding.....took her time and went over many things for me to get done...

I feel like I hit the jackpot with my provider! She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and I feel like she cares about my health.

Everyone in this office is really great. I don't think the front administrative staff get enough recognition but they are fast and efficient. Both Dr. Nancy and her assistant Amanda always take good care of me. Being Diabetic and on a subsidized insurance plan, not all United Healthcare providers will accept my insurance type. They have both worked (especially Amanda) to help me find providers that will accept my insurance specifically for the new CPAP machine I have to get.

I always have a great experience at this facility. In all my years I have never been to a better place, or been treated as well as I have by the people I have come in contact with.

While the wait to be seen was longer than I expected, Nancy was terrific and helpful in every way. She was gentle with removing my stitches and explained everything she was doing.

Like my ER visit a couple a couple days earlier, my pain and concern could not be addressed. I was referred to an other office.

First time seeing Nancy and she was great. When she got my test results she explained everything and course of action that would be taken and when i would need to have blood test again. I would definitely see Nancy if Jill is not available

I'm not one that frequents doctor's office, but my experience was very pleasurable. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I was treated very well. I highly recommend BW Primary Care.

Very helpful & caring .

I do not normally do these. But absolutely the best doctor visit ever. I even booked my next year visit with her. She was amazing!!!!

The only issue was, it wasn't even an issue, was that they were running a little behind and that's because they were really busy. And the practitioner, you know, she apologized several times and I was like, it's all good because it wasn't that late. So everybody was wonderful. She treated, she was just absolutely wonderful. And if I didn't like my other doctor as much as I do, I would probably request her as my normal PCP. So she was wonderful. I actually liked her a whole lot. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing this provider. She was absolutely wonderful. She is caring and thorough!

This visit was at their urgent care clinic on a Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly and supportive which I especially appreciated given my level of anxiety at the time! It was a pleasure meeting Nancy for the first time. She was compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. The office receptionist and nurse were also efficient, friendly, and encouraging. I had a good visit and Nancy is a excellent Doctor .

The provider is great. I just feel like the visits following the first visit isn't necessary. For example, I started on metformin, and the provider said, you know, after you're on it, we'll do some blood work. And instead of just calling about the blood work, which I feel like would have been very efficient, I had to come back in in the morning and take off work in the morning to just discuss the blood work again. I just feel like, again, it would have been simpler just to give me a phone call as long as I'm not having any issues with medication, just continue it, and if a visit's needed, then I can make the visit.

Office should be stocked with various sizes of paper gowns. One size doesn't fit all.

Dr. MCALDUFF is a wonderful and understanding .I recommend her very highly!! The staff are wonderful as well!

CRNP Nancy Mcalduff most likely saved my life as I was in AFib during my scheduled physical. She immediately sent me to the hospital to get it treated. I am now aware of my condition and am taking the prescribed medications and preventative steps.
