Everyone at the office is amazing, from Melinda and a newer lady (I didn't get her name) in reception, to the MAs and providers! My son really likes Natalie and feels like she understands his condition well.

I like the way Natalie Bryson spoke to {patient name redacted to protect privacy} as though he were his own person and not looking to me for answers, but looking to him for answers. I thought that was very nice.
