This was my first visit with Natalie. She was very pleasant. Very easy to talk to. I explained that my granddaughter (MA) gives me the Emgality injections and she will be leaving for the Army this month. Natalie told me that the MA's in the office would be happy to give me the injection. That made me feel better about that. She also informed me that I could send a message to the patient portal if my migraines last for a week as they did in the past. Overall, I enjoyed my visit with Natalie.

For too many reasons to list, Natalie Fortin is an absolutely amazing provider.

The receptionist and the person who took all my, registered me was very nice, wonderful. And the people that didn't have to register me, they were even smiling and happy and helpful. And I can't say enough good things about Natalie Fortin. Okay, thanks. Have a nice day.

It was upsetting when reception staff and medical assistant insisted that I wore face mask without knowing my personal history or current concerns. I was worried that treatment would be denied to me on the spot and felt intimidated. Luckily, Natalie Fortin reassured me that all services would be provided and treated me with outmost courtesy and genius concern. Her care made me feel welcome again. Patient should be notified prior to registration online regarding limitations in the office.

Staff was great besides the checkout staff. She was incredibly rude.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/11/2026
The receptionist at checkout has been fairly rude on 2 occasions. Was taking a phone call (not personal) on headset and talking to me at same time. I couldn't tell when she was asking me questions versus the person on the phone. Acted like i was bothering her, barely looked at me, and was not pleasant.

The check out lady handling the schedules is not friendly and always seems to have an attitude. Also, when scheduling appointments, I recommend asking individuals if they prefer an in office or telehealth appointment and if a.m. or p.m. works better prior to reviewing and scheduling. Clients should not have to experience attitudes because we are unaware of how your system works and if this information is required prior to looking for an appointment. I actually wished your office allowed online scheduling like some other Lifebridge providers. Thank you.

Yes, I'd like to say that I enjoy Natalie Fortin being my provider. She's very professional. She listens. She is very detailed. She's very organized. She always sees me on time, which is very important. And I would certainly recommend anybody to see her if they need her service. I think she's very knowledgeable and she's such a sweetheart and she shows empathy and she's very concerned about me and that's very important. Thank you.

Natalie Fortin is a gift to this medical hospital. She is sharp, confident, knowledgeable, gets into the details, and well educated in her field. So far I have only praise for this medical provider. I'm looking forward to our next meeting after I receive the results from the imaging. At any rate, right now I feel I'm in good hands.

this was a telehealth visit so the questions about front desk staff, check in, registration dont apply. I am satisfied with my Physician Natalie Fortin and the reception has improved since I 1st started going to this clinic in 2022.

Happy with my treatment
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/25/2025
Front desk need to speak louder, difficult to hear which name they were calling and not just mine and it wasn't just me. Water fountain was broken. However no issue getting a cup of water when asked. Based on previous experiences, a little wary on seeing an NP, but LOVED this one and will be happy to see her when needed. She was amazing. Now if we can get the employee prescription plan to cover the meds and the FMLA and ADA paperwork approved life will hopefully be a bit better and easier.

I have been suffering with migraines for a very long time. Natalie Fortin is the first provider who I actually felt heard by and who I felt was truly invested in solving my migraine problem. I am very pleased with my experience with Natalie Fortin thus far. I would recommend Natalie Fortin to anyone seeking neurology treatment of any kind.
