As long as Dr. Neal Naff is on staff, I don't feel that there's anything for you to improve. My experience has been overwhelmingly great. I love his comedic side, his professional side. I like that he's very warm and he remembered me, you know, out of all the necks and all the neural surgeries that he's performed. It just feels good just to be remembered, especially by someone that assisted you with rectifying the pain in your neck. Thank you so much to Dr. Naff's staff. Good day and good health.

Support staff were very friendly and courteous, as was Dr. Naff. About as pleasant as a doctor's appointment could be. Would not hesitate to call upon them again if needed.

The best brain doctor

Had surgery with Dr. Neil Naff on October the 8th. Would not go to any other surgeon or orthopedic man for the rest of my life. I rate him over a 10, five-star person all the way around. Thank you very much.

As the question was asked if I would receive diagnostic tests results in a timely manner, I received my diagnosis immediately with my visit, which was Alsom , every one was exceptionally courteous, my aide that took my weight, my coat, helped me with getting out of doctors chair in the exam room that didn't have arms, so I could hold on to help me push off to stand and I would appreciate you commend the young man, I know I wrote his name down, but I can't find it, tell him I appreciate his attention to my physical needs , so did Dr. Naff assistance the young lady who physically tested my movements before Dr. Naff confirmed her assessment, I had good information, good advice and was given my copy, on paper ( we mature adults are still use to ink pens and not IPhone computers) I was very pleased with my appointment.

Dr. Naff was great. He was professional and explained everything so I could understand. He showed concern for my medical issues and provided solutions. Christy, the receptionist was spectacular as always. She was very polite, friendly, and efficient. He did not keep me waiting.

Very professional.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Naff, the front office, the assistant who took my blood pressure and all. It's just a wonderful atmosphere and I feel very comfortable after this being the third year that he has been my neurologist. I am just very happy to come and it's a wonderful experience and I think everyone is concerned about my health and I really, again, appreciate it.

The doctor's office was extremely helpful, very nice, and Dr. Naff is amazing. He put everything, put my mind at ease, and was just extremely helpful, explained everything. I could not have asked for more, and I would definitely recommend anyone to see him.

The PA was late because of a flat tire. Doctor was behind time wise. Not a problem.

There were quite a few patients so it took a little while to get to us, but once we were taken everything went smoothly

Dr Naff and his whole staff especially Dana are amazing and caring people.

I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes before the doctor came into the office for my appointment.

My experience was great overall it's just unfortunate that I'm still in excruciating pain and won't be able to do the physical therapy for another 10 days. I go back to work tomorrow and I'm hoping I can make it.

All of the staff were very friendly and supportive. Preparing for surgery can be scary but I felt like the staff was doing everything they could to get me safely through it.

I can say that everything was great. Good provider, good environment. Very pleased

I was advised to get a brace from them. I did it cost $162.00 . I later learned I could get the exact brace from Amazon for $30.00. I'm on a fixed income and that amount of money is of very important to me.

From the front desk staff to the Nurse Practitioner that saw me prior to the doctor, I was really treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Then Dr. Naff took all the time necessary to listen to me and evaluate me. He discussed treatments and thankfully told me that surgery was not necessary at this time. I am hopeful that physical therapy will help with my pain.
