Dr. Mahdi leads with empathic connection and is deeply trauma-informed in her approach. She patiently explained things in different ways so that my 92-year old mother could process and understand. She was sensitive when discussing triggering elements for my mother, while at the same time, providing me with needed guidance, support, and information. I am deeply grateful to have her as a member of my mother's care team.

Dr Mahdi is The Best and have a great personality, caring, informative, efficient, friendly, outstanding and very professional.

Usually I won't respond to this kind of form, but Dr Mahadi is one of the five top physicians I've ever seen! That's saying a lot. I'm almost 78, have lived in many places, had the same last primary care physician for 23 years as she was fantastic, and I'm ornery with incompetents (especially trained ones!). Mahadi is knowledgeable and treats people as individuals, not jut bodies.

Saw Dr. Nicole Mahdi, who was unable to treat me due to my needs being related to movements, rather than stroke. However, she discussed what would happen when I see one of her colleagues in the near future. The reason for my appt. was not clarified by my family doctor when it was originally scheduled. Dr. Mahdi did discuss my situation, asked me a lot of questions and performed some simple tests before assuring me she would relay it in an effort to hasten an appt. with the proper physician. I was notified of an appointment in March shortly after returning home. I would like to say, particularly considering the circumstances, she was extremely helpful and efficient. I think she is one of the top doctors I have ever seen. Having suffered a previous stroke, she will definitely be seeing me again should the need arise. Kudos to Dr. Mahdi!

Transportation was very slow.

We were greeted with the kindest reception. One of the asociates passed thu the waiting area after her lunch and said, "hi, everyone". I have never experieced that before from staff members in any doctors office. It made me feel like family. The entire experiece from walking into the building in the lobby to confirm we were in the right building to the full hour the dr spent with us as a new patient to the help with our parking ticket as wrle left the building. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. It restored my faith in medical personnel. Dr Madhi is fantastic- very personable and definitely passionate about helping her patients. I cant stop thinking about how great the visit was.

Always know that we will be treated in a very professional manner. Dr Mahdi is an excellent doctor and glad we have her as my husband's physician. GREAT Job everyone.

Most informative appointment I have ever experienced at a provider appointed. She took her time with me and explained my condition in detail and where as I could understand her. She answered all of my questions and I left my appointment knowing all about what was going on with my condition. She was amazing.
