Nischal Nadig, DO

Dr. Nischal Nadig, MS, DO, FAAOS, FAOSSM, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in clinical practice and academic medicine. Prior to joining the LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine Institute, he completed an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Orthopedic Research of Virginia. Before his fellowship, he served as a General Orthopedic Surgeon and Service Chief at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, where he chaired the Ethics, M&M, and Academics committees. He has held faculty appointments as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University School of Medicine. Dr. Nadig earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from NYIT-COM College and completed his orthopedic residency at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of orthopedic Surgeons, the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He has received multiple honors, including the Yeargin Award for Excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, and has published research in leading orthopedic journals. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing orthopedic care through leadership, teaching, and research.
