Very informative and caring doctor and staff. One staff member seemed like he was training and he did a great job, the person training him was also wonderful. The doctor was the best most thorough eye doctor I've seen.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kauffman because my usual eye doctor had no appointments available for months. I was please that I was able to get an appt the very next day. There was no delay in the waiting room and everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kauffman was skilled, answered all my questions and was very informative about the issue I was having with my eyesight. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Factor Kauffman was wonderful. He explained everything he told me a lot. He took a lot of patience discussing and checking my glasses. What I came for he gave me new dry eye medicine that he thinks could help that no one is ever offered. I definitely would recommend him. He's a 20 Sinai needs more Dr Kauffman's.

He took the time to explain about cataracts and wanted me to have a consult and the reasons why. He also had a resident with him and she was very knowledgeable as well

I got there extremly early because I had the wrong time on my phone and they work me in and was very understanding. I thank them for not telling me go and come back at your time it was truly my fault. They treated me with such respect and care. my time was 11:30 and I got there at 8 am. once again thanks for your understanding and care

Frequent staff turnover is noticeable. Had to wait until a contact lense specialist was hired in order to schedule an appointment
