Only thing had wait to call up to been seen hour after appointment my appointment was 11.30 am they call us 12.30

They were cordial and very kind.

An amazing person.

I don't know if it was slow bcuz how crowded it was but eventually I was seen after more than 25 minutes

The office staff and doctors are the best in Owings Mills would not go anywhere else

Just a suggestion on your intake form, about family medical history at the bottom, change "I am adopted" to "I was adopted" -- I don't know if I speak for all people who were adopted, but I don't think of it as an identity as much as something that happened in the past.

I only saw a P/A.

I always appreciate the service I get here.

Facility is very nice. Reception was fine. Appointments were running 1 hour behind. Treatment was excellent. Please lose the "smooth jazz" emanating from the TV in the waiting room. It was particularly annoying.

The experience was great. The only issue was that the call center booked my appointment under the incorrect patient that had my same name. My appointment therefore was approximately 45-60 minutes late.

Dr. Siddiqui is fantastic!

Although Dr. Siddiqui is a great provider, he's very nice, professional, he explains everything and I trust, you know, that he's telling me the truth and he's being honest, sometimes his staff aren't very good. His wait times can be very, very, very long and then it's like you don't know anything until you've been sitting there for a long time. So that's a big factor in my responses is the wait time and even the surgery scheduler is not very timely at all.

The experience was okay but my surytime was pushed almost 2 hours n the recovery unit was not that great they was releasing thr in patient people n I was out patient I had to wait didn't like that was there 8.5 hours gir out patient surgery

My medication was not called into my pharmacy I had to call and I was there 24 hours later and now I have to go back and the pharmacy is half hour away and the doctor is 21/2 hours away

From what I have read the doctor is a specialist and is a great surgeon for kids and others with extreme conditions. He receives good reviews. And I admire the work he has done. My condition was not extreme - however, I was there because I experienced severe pain and could not walk for a few days. I'm a very active person. He did not recommend physical therapy which I need to avoid the condition in the future. And I was really concerned if I needed better inserts-which he thought I did not. Dr S was professional and not disrespectful in any way. I just felt like I was not with the right podiatrist.

Dr Siddiqui took the time to explain my options thoroughly and offered time for me to make a decision.

Dr Siddiqui was wonderful, knowledgable , helpfull , caring and kind. He explained to me the whole procidure and what to expect after surgery. He did surgery on my right foot and he did a great job. I am feeling a lot better. I would like to thank Dr Siddiqui for all his help.

The doctor was outstanding and very personable. The xray tech was a robot with no personality and in a hurry to get done with me. The front desk was cold when I first arrived but pleasant when I left.

The receptionist upon leaving to check out and to get an appointment wasn't pleasant. She was a little sarcastic ?. I had a scooter and a cast on my foot. She on both giving her my check out paper and reaching for my appointment paperwork.....I had reach further over the counter than what was necessary, had she just had came closer to the counter, which she could have. It was as if I was a bother to her. The X-ray technician was very accommodating and pleasant. The receptionist that checked me in was very pleasant. She was the first one that you seen upon entering the office.

This was the first time being seen by the doctor and it was a pleasant visit. I would not mind seeing the doctor again.

Appointment started on time, after which I was managed by Siddiqui's associates. Associates were very competent and caring. Dr. Siddiqui came in for the final 10-15 min of my appointment, and commented on my need for routine foot care. I would have liked to have spent more time with him, but will make a follow up appointment.

Dr Siddiqui is very pleasant, kind & extremely knowledgeable. He comforted me in my concerns about my foot issue and gave me specific advice on how to prevent reoccurrence. He also told me I didn't need to take the RX because I was recovering well and provided it in case of emergency to avoid similar trip to Express Care in an ER situation. I appreciate his wisdom & foresight. While I hope to avoid another visit, certainly not in the near future, I will DEFINITELY recommend Dr Siddiqui and contact him personally for my related needs. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! :) 100% IT'S COMFORTING TO KNOW THAT SUCH A HIGH QUALITY PRACTICE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME. I ALSO PREFER THE INSTITUTE OVER HAVING TO GO INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL.

Dr Siddiqui was super. He did a thorough exam and reviewed x rays taken right in the office. No wait. He explained all my results and let me know what to expect. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him and his practice. Very grateful for this visit.

The quality of care post surgery follow up a couple of years now down the road was as good as could be expected. It is worth the 2.5 to 3 hour drive each way it takes me to get to your office!

I wish I would have been told a lot more about recovery. So many things are coming up that I had no idea about.

To have a direct phone contact to address questions without having to go through several office personnel and get timely call back and follow ups.

The entire staff were awesome from beginning to end. I needed to see an orthopedic doctor regarding an ankle sprain. I got an appt the very next day. I travelled from Harford County where I reside and would've had to wait weeks for an appt close to home. Highly recommend! This place was very organized you can tell the entire staff work well together.

Driver. Siddiqui is knowledgeable but sometimes he het annoyed when ask too.much questions. Is my health and life so yes I would ask a thousand time question if I have doubts

I had an extremely positive experience with this office, except for one thing. I was told to expect a call in the couple of days following the visit to get a surgery scheduled, and I still have not heard anything by phone or by email. I called and spoke to someone who assured me that someone would call me the next day. That was at least a week ago. I still have not heard from anyone. As I am a teacher, and will return to school on August 18, I need to get something scheduled as soon as possible. Other than this, I have been completely happy with my experience. Thank youj.

First time to be treated by the provider and in the institute: all functioned asxwell as they could or should.

The whole experience with the clinic and Dr Siddiqui was worth travelling the distance to finally get a diagnosis of my problem with foot.

Entire team was excellent. I was especially impressed by the registration desk team and how professionally they managed a disruptive patient. They have a difficult job and did an outstanding job. Xray professionals were also outstanding.

Dr. Siddiqui was so kind and knowledgeable. I wish I would have come to him first. I would have had a better outcome to my surgery. Can't say enough good things about him.
