Dr. Omar Zalatimo and the staff were very welcoming , friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to them.

Staff was very responsive, polite, and offering all information that we needed. The clerical staff, everyone ahead of time, the administrative staff, everyone was great. So was the PA. And Dr. Zalatimo himself was excellent to make sure that he thoroughly got all of our results correct and that we understood all of the results. So everyone at this office was fantastic. I would definitely recommend the office to any friends or anyone else in the future.

Sinai hospital is the best care for surgery. The staff and nurses and my surgeon made my hospital stay less stressful and the care was excellent.

They took the time to answer all of my prepared questions without rushing me or trying to make up for the additional time my appointment ran over. This appointment was same day surgery. Posted for 11:00, we started at 12:30, which I don't mind. (Someone before me needed more time. That's understandable.) All of the staff, from entering to leaving the hospital were kind, competent and efficient.

Dr. Zalatimo excellent. The Quarry Lake office is definitely more pleasant than the Sinai one. As Dr. Zalatimo knows, I had a very bad inpatient experience at Sinai on the neurosurgery ward and when I need future surgery (which may be soon on the lumbar area, I would trust Dr.Z completely, but I do not trust the Sinai neurosurgery ward (I filed a 2-safe) and will have to weigh that in deciding whether to have him as my surgeon or go elsewhere.

Dr. Zalatimo is hands down one of the best providers I've ever been a patient of. He always greets me with respect and his signature fist bump. He explained the reasoning behind his treatment plan perfectly and also was willing to do what was necessary to help me achieve my long-term goals. I will recommend him to anyone. I'm so grateful to have him as a doctor and surgeon.

I was called 4 times before my appointment to get all the information. The insurance info was wrong on the paperwork. This happens to me alot. The nice lady at the front desk changed it again. She was very nice and helpful.

I was coming in for an issue that I'd seen Dr. Zalatimo for a couple of years ago. He was very frank about the time I had left before I'd need surgical intervention and how it would be more difficult for everyone if I waited longer than that. He never pushed me into surgery previously, and so now to know he's recommending it, I feel confident in him and what he's saying.

I just want to say that Dr. Z is by far the best neurosurgeon around. He's caring. He makes sure that my medical issues are attended to no matter what's needed. I feel like I can actually really count on him and I appreciate him a lot.
